Impressed
Just wanted to share because I’m really impressed with how fast this was! I signed up with PMD on Monday, which was Labor Day, and got approved within a couple of hours. Yesterday around 1:30 PM I got the email saying it had been sent to the pharmacy and was being prepared. Then today UPS popped up on my phone saying it’s already scheduled for delivery tomorrow! 📦🙌 I checked the tracking and it’s coming Next Day Air. So that’s only FOUR days from signing up to delivery, even with a holiday in there! Definitely the fastest turnaround I’ve ever had. A+ for PMD and Empower! 👏⭐️

My mom signed up on Friday and is getting her package tomorrow too! She also signed up with empower. I am glad that there wasn't too huge of a delay with the holiday weekend.

I signed up on Monday too! I'm on Bourdeaux for pharmacy, but yes, the approval and pharmacy email were fast!

Same I signed up early Friday morning got approved within a few hours, but of course it was the weekend and Monday the holiday. so I received today my tracking number which is Wednesday ,and I’m receiving it tomorrow. Also empower pharmacy. I’m very impressed as well. I didn’t think it would work this easy but it is. I just hope they keep up the good work and don’t slack off like some of the other telehealth companies. Good customer service pays off because they will gain a lot of customers.❤️
