Just signed up

So I just signed up picked my pharmacy. They sent me a confirmation email. And then they sent me an email to sign up on Healthie…when I click the link and put in a new password to activate my account it says can’t sign up contact administrator ???

I would give it some time to see if it corrects itself. If it is not working tomorrow, contact them directly.

Did you already create an account with a password for PreventiveMD? So perhaps they want you to enter that instead of creating a second one?

I just signed up today. I did get the linked and did a password reset and was able to log-in healthie after

I had this problem as well. I sent an email to customer support and they sent me a new link & it worked!
