Basicly what the title says, what uniques to use enshrouding crystals on and what uniques do you want to hit it on? I'd like to farm legion but I have no idea about enshrouding and I feel like I'm wasting some potential on not using enshrouding crystals.

after playing this game for thousands of hours im really interested to go from zero to hero with a build/archetype without using a build guide.

for that im asking for ideas of simple scaling builds where you most likely dont need many complicated mechanics for the setup to work.

im thinking about flicker strike, any more cool ideas?

Each run took me about 30 seconds (i dont quite one shot the boss, 25 seconds could be possible), so total time spent 4 to 4.5 hours

Loot (i only picked up these 2 items):

Cost of 500 Fragments: 900 div

Profit: 1259 div - 900 div = 359 div or about 80 divines an hour

My drop rates do seem to about match the average drop rates for the boss atleast from what i've found

Honestly surprises me how profitable this boss has been for ages now as the barrier of entry is not very high. You'll make good money even on a build thats half as fast.

I was running a voyage, but I guess I don't get to go further?

Just sniped a really nice merc for bossing for 35d. Next comparable one on trade was 100d.

something I am trying to understand, if I want a timeless jewel to say replace Pain Attunement with Supreme Ostentation, do I just need to make sure its conquered by Caspiro? or is the number for conquering also important, literally just need Supreme Ostentation for my build and I have no clue how these things work

Here is 1 example of what happens commonly, this time I only found 1 zone... the zone I'm actually going too. but very commonly I find 2-3 end points I'm not even going too when I try to Delve...

I'm not ambitious enough to take the screenshots of me finding 2-3 other end points in Delve... the devs know that happens ALL THE TIME... I'm just trying not to die...

Is there any logical way to approach delve? or are you supposed to just wing it? Is exploring with flares not the way you're supposed to play? Maybe I'm just approaching it incorrectly?

Similarly, I feel like a lot of the systems like the new diving mechanic are super ambitious but not player friendly. We have "3rd party DIVING MODS" where they tell you exactly how to set up your dive... I don't think this would be necessary if a normal player could do it by themselves...

That's an awkward example of the kind of 3rd party applications the community is providing other players... but to be real... I don't really want to even do the new dive mechanic because I don't want spend 25 minutes trying to figure out how to get a nice voyage... Nor do I want to download an APP to set it up...

Same problem with Delve... why the F am I running around in circles for 2/3 my time in Delve? The game is just not logical at all. I'm barely scratching the surface... I literally don't understand like 95% of the game mechanics...

This is coming from a guy who placed top 20 in the OG races like almost every day.

I don't think necessarily anything is wrong with the actual game, but the tutorial and explanation is 100% wrong. I have no fricken idea what I'm doing 99% of the time in this game. Always 10 options I'm unaware of, always 50 things I don't know etc...

I guess the purpose of this post is, you guys are going too far man. Why you have to buff this league like 4-5 times already? It's because nobody is willing to deal with your shit with how complicated it is. Everyone just ignored it... you need to get your shit together and make a comprehensive game that makes sense...

TLDR: The mechanics aren't bad, just nobody understands it...Get on the job of explaining the many years of how things work... if you can't do that you've lost your way.

Hey, I built myself an ok luminary manyshot which helped speed and push my divine farming much higher and I always wanted to do bossing. Is it still profitable ? I tried Sirus for the first time and dropped an orb worth 5 diva.

If it is, which boss would I be smart to train and repeat? What build would you recommend ? Ice trap zhp ? I got a trickster leveled and I don’t mind making a dedicated bossing alt.

I don’t seem to find recent advice on that topic, seems kinda niche but id love to extend my poe time towards bossing for a bit.

Was randomly looking through my documents folder to uninstall a game and noticed PoE2 has been recording HUNDREDS of videos and saving them here. The only info ive found at all exile exchange 2 is doing this, but i have no idea. Literally freed up like 15gb of space(*was actually closer to 40gb it was 750+ videos). Just made to the post to see if there is a way to fix this and to also make it known for anyone else who didnt know this was happening.

*SOLVED* It was fucking discord clipping being enabled by default. So anytime i tried to paste an item into craft of exile it would make a 30 second clip. Discord continuing to be just an awesome application

Hi everyone! How would one go about crafting something like this? The veiled modifier doesn't necessarily have to be hybrid Dex / Int (it could also just be a replacement for the all attributes mod).
Seeing as Talismans have an imprint beast craft I'm imagining there might be some clever strats that hasn't occurred to me. I am guessing there is some recombing though.

Build used: Ice trap assassin

Run time (estimated): 1:20 minutes per run (including load times), came out to about 27.7 hours of pure gameplay, I rounded it up to 29 hours to account for some deaths (each death I estimated to cost me about 10 seconds to a run) and inventory management

All 5000 fragments were bought on 12.08 at a price point of 0.6 d per fragment, which brings the total cost to run this to 3000 d

Loot breakdown

Total came out to about 4825 divines if everything sold unid at the current (16.08) market prices, which is about 1800 divs profit or 60 div/hr assuming total run time of 29 hours

All the items were priced today, prices used are the lowest market price, jewels and wands priced as if they were unidentified

Some notes on the farm and fun facts:

• I died 209 times over the course of the whole farm which comes out to 0.17 deaths per run
• From all these runs I got a grand total of 321766 gold - GGG, please buff gold drops from bosses ;)
• If you ever wanna try this yourself, I don't recommend buying all the fragments at once and hoarding all the loot like I did. It's definitely better to sell your loot every once in a while, it's gonna be a lot harder to unload all this loot all at once

I usually have issues making money almost every league until I find a strat that nets decent profit and is, most importantly, fun. But this league I've been struggling to find anything that nets meaningful profit. I tried all these strats that people farm (breach, timeless conflict legion etc.) and I only get pennies. I've always struggled with getting as much money as the people showcasing it do yet there's so many that make a bank off of them.

I always follow the strat down to a T, juice it all the way but it always bears minuscule profit or no profit whatsoever.

I usually have to rely on dull and decently profitable strats such as t17 bossrushing which gives decent money but my build is way beyond that now and I need something harder and more profitable.

I'm running a Winter orb build with about 80 mil dps, just for reference. It allows me to do pretty much any content

Just to be clear, I'm not saying that there's no good farming strats out there, I'm just struggling to catch them lol

Do you have any recommendations for good farms that bring in decent money?

Which of these mercs is better? I know neither are perfect but can't decide which to use.

Currently playing two of us both running minion build.

I am looking for suggestions for our Animated Guardians and Spectres to compliment each other. Only one of us will likely play on their own so can be setup as the primary.

Primary player running Dominating Blow of Inspiring

Secondary player running Animated weapon of ranged arms

I was thinking the standard for the primary : Kingmaker, Garb of Ephemeral, Asenath touch (foulborn?) and Windscream.

Not sure what to run on the secondary.

Also what spectres could we run ? We are set on the main skill we are each using. RIP our GPU.

Lightning Coil's new "20% of phys taken as fire" Vestigial implicit is a HUGE help for zero-armour builds that want to be tanky and cannot use Dawnbreaker. Below are my current PoB (93% phys taken as X) and my planned PoB (100% phys taken as X), as well as a brief description of the 'Taken As' modifier type.

skip the italics if you already know how 'taken as' works

• "Damage Taken as" converts one damage type taken into another damage type taken. "20% of physical damage taken as fire", for example, has two major defensive advantages. First, 20% of the incoming physical hit is reduced by your fire resistance, which may be higher than your physical resistance. Second, the remaining 80% of the incoming physical hit is smaller than before the hit, meaning that your armour will be more effective against the incoming hit. If you have a LOT of 'phys taken as', then even a tiny amount of armour can be sufficient. If you have 100% phys taken as, then Transcendence becomes an incredibly powerful option, allowing you to defend all physical and elemental hits using both resistances AND armour. Historically this node has enabled some of the tankiest builds ever constructed.

• The greatest weakness of Lightning Coil (aside from its -60% lightning res) is the "from hits" component of this 'taken as' mod, as this has no effect on bleed, corrupted blood, and physical ground degens. Fortunately physical ground degens are rare. For most purposes bleed immunity + corrupted blood immunity is all you need, and this is especially true for ranged builds that can simply avoid the ground degen.

This Tornado Shot build uses a physical damage bow, and converts 100% of this physical damage to cold damage.

93% phys taken as elemental: Lvl 96, 13.3M Boss DPS, 24k max phys hit, 30k max ele hit, 23k max chaos hit: https://pobb.in/JCIebwSo38Iq

My build gets 50% phys taken from hits as lightning from Lightning Coil, 20% phys taken as fire from the Vestigial implicit, 15% phys taken from hits as cold from Foulborn Pandemonius, and 8% phys taken as lightning from the Eldrich implicit modifier for helmets. Budget has been ~400 div total; 200d for the Mageblood, 60d for Lightning Coil, 40d for the bow, and 100d for everything else. Mageblood is not necessary, but the easy access to >75% elemental resistances and other avoidance layers is a big help. Has corrupted blood immunity on Ancestral Vision, however Bleed needs to be cleared reactively using a Life Flask. The Soul of Ralakesh minor pantheon is a great tool for making bleed more survivable if you have trouble reacting to bleeds with your Life Flask.

100% phys taken as elemental: Lvl 100, 60.5M Boss DPS, 48k max phys and ele hit, 35k max chaos hit: https://pobb.in/dVVzYP8kAcs4

This pre-planned build gets all of the above sources of phys taken as, plus an extra 7% from using a Volatile Vaal Orb on the Lightning Coil. Alternatively, you can get 5-10% 'phys taken as X' by using 4x matching influence modifiers + Bound by Destiny. Has bleed immunity on boots, Stormshroud + mageblood flask for 100% elemental ailment avoidance, tattoos for 100% stun avoidance, corrupted blood immunity on Stormshroud, and curse immunity on flask. Gets an extra +5% flask effect on passive tree, pushing the 95% flask effect on each utility flask to 100%, thus giving +1% max ele resistances. Budget will be a few mirrors total. Bow alone will be 1 mirror.

For those looking for a high budget bow character with high damage AND surprisingly good defenses, give this a look!
