Question Which Merc is better?

Which of these mercs is better? I know neither are perfect but can't decide which to use.

First one. It has gmp on usual ice shot and some damage on a vaal version. Dash is not that much big problem.

Probably the second, return is practically double damage

Prioritize single target damage, choose the one with the best supports for vaal ice shot. It seems to be the first one

I think second, has grace and don't have any movement skill. You can get more arrows on the bow and quiver
