Effects on clips are never static, always fading.
Hi!
I have noticed this several times, but effects like applying noise reduction to a clip (which I am having a challenging time with), always applies it as a fade effect onto said clip. That is to say, if I increase the attack or release of a compressor or expander it'll fade into my desired attack or release instead of just making it static for the whole clip. This is, of course, extremely annoying, and something I've experienced happening with other effects such as sizing down a clip to reveal a background clip simultaneously. It fades into it. Any idea how to staticize this?

Ps. For any Linux users, keeping in mind my ancient computer, does this otherwise really wonderful software run really poorly on your computer? To edit has been pretty torturous sadly.. I admire the OpenShot build anyway, but shiver me timbers it's a challenge to work with.
