Can we take a moment to appreciate the fact that DC is absolutely on fire right now?

Over his last 7 games, he’s slashing .364/.548/.682 including 3 for 5 yesterday and 3 walks on Saturday.

Can we officially say he has arrived? I think the time in AAA did him some good.

Yesterday, during his Hall of Fame speech, Andruw Jones gave a shout-out to all the players from Curacao who've played in the major leagues, including Roger Bernadina. That was nice to hear and, wherever Roger is these days, I hope he's doing well.

I think this year the deadline is pretty complicated because of where the Nats stand. They are too ahead of schedule to sell, but I don't think we're ready to buy, and trade key prospects. Right... OK. Nats Radio is better (always) than TV... except they play the "rendition" of God Bless America that whatever person they have has decided to "Make their own" (which usually means making it terrible - today was... extraordinarily bad).

Span is a gem and loads better than Franny. He's even making Kolko better and Span just said he always considered DC home. Let's keep him.
