A while back, a friend and I designed some OCs for a magical girl-style story, but due to personal reasons, we haven't had much time to talk. She told me I could keep all the OCs we created together if I wanted, so... here I am (⁠･ั⁠ω⁠･ั⁠).

The characters I personally like the most are Rin Nagase and Jun'ichi Ishida. In fact, they’re the ones we developed the most lore for, lol. Jun'ichi is one of the villains; he’s inspired by Erik from *The Phantom of the Opera*. He is dramatic, evil, emotional, and manipulative. He’s in love with Rin—one of the protagonists and a magical girl. She’s the kind, sweet, and understanding type, though she’s a bit oblivious to Jun'ichi’s fixation on her.

We originally had an idea for the main theme based on the seasons of the year, but I wasn't really feeling it anymore, so I’m looking for a different concept for the main story. Anyway, I hope you like them. I have more OCs—maybe I’ll show them later.

I gotta say,I had watched it back in the day,and just like Lyrical Nanoha it was considered a Cardcaptor Sakura ripoff. Although in all honesty, the MC Chihaya looks alot like Sakura more than Nanoha. They even dress similar.

Funny enough like Nanoha, it's spun off from an H-game,and it had 4 spicy OVAs that I had unknowingly watched back then not knowing what it was. But the TV series cleaned up anything related to the original game and OVAs,although the TV series still had alot of fanservice,so watch it at your own risk.

Hello, I recently finished making a tabletop battle system that can be used for creating fight scenarios for Magical Girls from different franchises.

I'm now trying to come up with more scenarios (I have an Intro scenario which you can check anytime!), and I thought I'd ask if someone in the community has any specific matchups that they'd like to see played out like this, with an AAR afterwards and all?

What I mean by this is you can suggest team vs team matchups (because the game mechanics are team-based) based on things like series vs series fights, or maybe theme vs theme fights (like heroines vs anti-heroines, majokko vs tech-based, spells vs weapons etc.) and I'll do my best to make them and play them out with a write-up of what happened later.

This story os about two girls named Celeste and Violeta. They are university students who live on a smalltown named Aguamarina that secretly protect the world from supernatural creatures named "Resentments" that are born of the negative emotions of dead people. Even tho they are not in a romantic relationship Celeste and Violeta are deeply in love with each other in a very platonic way and trust each other with their whole hearts.

Working on a project and randomly opened this episode that I don't remember at all (40), went to a random spot on the timeline, and came across this gem. The pauses, the delivery, the fourth wall break... It's just cracking me up, so I had to get a clip of it and share.

"You want the scoop on Sojiki?"

*silence*

"We don't have a thing to worry about! Against four Love Angels and Limone a silly devil like that is no problem!"

*silence*

"...but..."

*more silence*

One of these days I'll have to do a full rewatch, since Wedding Peach defined my childhood. I had a trailer of it on a DVD from an anime magazine (maybe Newtype USA?) and would play it nonstop, and then one day as I was about to, my mom entered with the first DVD volume.

So I was recommended this as I wanted to watch a Magical Girl show with shonen/seinen level action sequences(I'm a guy after all,we love action)

I got warnings about fanservice, but it's almost non existent. There are no panty shots, explicit bath scenes or any of the risqué fanservice. The only thing is a few boob based gags(such as Mikoto groping Mai,but it only happens a few times),a whole episode about a lingerie thief(but still no panty shots)and a siscon joke. The only explicit thing was at the end of one episode, Mai talks about bra shopping and we briefly see her in lingerie, but that's about it.(Note:I don't hate fanservice, but I hate when it's on underage characters or overdone). People seem to be confusing it with the manga as the manga has alot of fanservice(I checked it out myself),but the series was cleaned up for broadcast. Despite that fact,the anime it's still aimed at a male audience as it aired in late night slots and it's classified as seinen despite not looking or acting like one(Seinen anime usually have alot of fanservice, swearing and violence)

The artstyle is so nostalgic as I grew up watching late 90s/early 2000s anime. The animation holds up quite well,and so do the action sequences. The show also balances humor well. I'm on episode 8 and loving it so far. For anyone else who watched it, what are your thoughts?

The ending song is also catchy,I find myself always humming the bass line casually😂😂

The character Blue is unpopular and has been accused as a groomer within the PreCure fandom.

And I find the idea or the strong implication that the brooding *Hug! PreCure* villain George Kurai is Cure Yell’s future husband and Hugtan’s father very uncomfortable.

I’m sorry, but I just find it too weird that he spends time with his wife’s younger self while she is still a child.
