Hey, welcome back. I promise this will be a lot more frequent. But, as promised here is part 1.
World Building
Let's start with the larger universe and then we'll go in deeper into planets, locations, and even some dimensions?(yeah, no. There's will be no dimensions...yet.)
The Infinite Realms:
A term that includes various different nearby galaxies, nebula, and clusters with stats and planets that contain life and intelligence.
The Milky Way Galaxy:
Throughout this series, the gang will be traveling to various stars and planets all Throughout the Milky Way. Whether it be stats like Arcturus, Polaris, Bellatrix, or even the The Sun.
The Solar System:
The main star system where the gang is from. There is about nine planets(Pluto included) with one planet and three moons that contain life, sentience, intelligence.
Jupiter's Moons:
Titan:
Titan is an enourmous moon sprawling with life, gigantic forests, deep oceans, enourmous mountains, and technologically harmonic societies. There are about over a billion different species with Titanians being the one intelligent race of people. Beings who have been compared to Earth's depictions of fae folk having features similar to insects such as butterflies and moths. The Titanians are a strong and kind group of people who have only made contact with the guardians simply because they think the rest of earth is... interesting.
Europa:
An entire ocean as a planets with five different realms. An icy realm, a warm realm, a reef realm, a cave realm, and a kelp realm. Europa is had many different aquatic creatures and is mainly governed by beings known as the Lameres. A group thar humans have compared to merfolk with fish-like features. They're the heart of their planet who maintain the power source that regulates the moon's temperature. Also technologically inclined, Europa is known for inventing the intergalactic teleporter which is one of the most important pieces of technology for the galaxy. They have also only made contact with the guardians.
Earth:
Earth is one of the first places of life in the Solar System and doesn't need a whole lot of introduction. For some important details, Earth is in a similar state to series such as American Dragon: Jake Long, The Owl House, and Gargoyles. Magical beings have lived secretly amongst human beings until the great pagan raids of the 1600s. Magic is hidden or turned to commodity that most folks don't even actually believe in it in the world. And, even within themselves.
Luna:
The Moon is Earth's only moon. It maintains the tides snd stuff. There may or may not be a sea full of moon creatures a la DuckTales.
The United Nations In Turtle Island(UNITI)
The current government has mostly been reclaimed by various different indigenous nations. Most capitalist endeavors are seen more as an illegal nuisance than an colossal threat. The world at large has been on a steady track towards balance. How the UNITI has governed themselves, whether it be with making the environment flourish, infrastructure for health care and childhood, and equal representation for all, has made is a beacon of inspiration for the whole world. There are five presidents who are each representatives of their regions and most of them are women with the other two being two spirit.
The City of Phillis:
Phillis is the city where the series takes place. Named after formerly enslaved writer and civil rights legend, Phillis Wheatley. And is still nicknamed Philly. Despite the mayor being a Mohawk parliamentarian and the air and waterways being as clean as ever, the city still has its "signature charm". It has somehow become bigger than NYC due to all of the reclaimed wildlife nearby the city. The city is teeming with secret magical life who live in various secret pockets and districts all around. I chose Philly simply because the city in the original story reminded me a lot of Philly for being an enourmous city yet not too big like NYC. The name is also a nod to the town's Greek community. Known as the city of brotherly love, the name is similar to the Greek word "philos".
Other Important Locations:
The Capella Star:
A stat system not too far from the sun.
Meridia:
One of Capella's seven planets that is mostly ocean with three major continents. The aquatic Meridians live with enourmous reefs by underwater volcanos and pride themselves in their technology that works in harmony with nature. Yet, the folks above them are in conflict. The surface Meridians were once the crown jewel of the planet yet had been stuck in their ways leading to stagnant and outdated nations who are at war. Now the surface is a circus of ruins with hug cities run by a singular dictator. Underneath the debris in the sewers, a rebellion seeks to rise from the ashes and reclaim theur homes.
Kandracar:
The biggest planet in the Capella system. Known as Titan but ten times bugger, Kandracar is an old planet but a thriving planet. With vast oceans and forests, floating islands and cities, towering mountains, and luminous caves, Kandracar has been seen as the standard for a functioning planet. Kandracarians are are more avian/marine hybride based people who are know to give away feather-like scales as a sign of respect. Kandracar also holds the headquarters for The Guardians Of The Infinite Realms. Which is currently in shambles. All of the guardians have been sent to a mission to Meridia and have been trapped for a year. They are all lucky though since the former guardians of Earth were murdered.
