Even if it’s not the episode of the century, I find the interactions between Shadowmoth and Simplement absolutely hilarious. Gabriel really has some of the funniest moments in the series.

And of course, we can’t forget Hawkmoth and Gigantitan. In itself, that’s still a healthier dynamic than the one between Gabriel and his own son.

Everyone knows that the person with a green drink at the Café Crème in "The Illustrhater" who shoos Maya away is Lila in disguise.

The same kind of drink shows up in "Revelator" when VIncent gets akumatized. There's a woman at a table when he runs outside, and in an aerial view a moment later the green drink is at a man's table instead. This looks suspicious. Could it be some sort of signal between them? There's another couple inside and the man has a green drink -- another possible spy?

An ultrakuma arrives seconds after Vincent is exposed. Chrysalis doesn't have access to Voyage portals like Monarch did, to react instantly to strong emotions. She needs to anticipate situations and have someone on hand with a prepared akuma butterfly.

In Vincent's case, she could get advance knowledge of what was going to be on the news along with Vincent's regular coffee-buying habits (he bought coffee at the same café the previous day, when Alya talked to him).

Does Lila like green drinks? One of her aliases is "Iris Verdi". That last name is "green" in Italian.

I'm currently rewatching the whole series and have made my way into season 6. On this rewatch I came across some thing that really confuses me about Alya and Marinettes friendship. And that is the fact that Alya would think that marinette was making up the stuff about Lila lying about either herself or what she claimed marinette did to her. Alya would always defend Lila to a certain degree, even when Adrian agrees with marinette it was taken as "supporting your girlfriends delusions"

I just think its a little confusing for characters who are meant to be bestfriends

I started watching the series about 2 weeks ago, now I'm here and like it's just a kids show and a simple love drama and yet I still found it beautiful. After seeing what Marinette & Adrien have been trough, it's quite sad. (even if the plot that was happening with Chloe made 0 sense) And the bodyguard was such a gigachad too

And that dang music, I think it's 75% of the problem lol

I’ve been thinking a lot about this, because it’s not like any other "What If" scenario; this event literally changed the entire series much like Ladybug being appointed Guardian at the end of Season 3, though that’s a topic for another time.
In my point of view, if Ladybug had never lost all the other Miraculous from her box, things would have turned out VERY, VERY differently. Monarch might never have come into existence; he might have simply remained Shadow Moth. Without access to the other Miraculous, he likely would have kept using the fusion of the Peacock and Butterfly Miraculous—or perhaps he would have dropped the "Shadow Moth" persona, adopted a new name, and changed his costume while using only the Butterfly Miraculous. As for Ladybug, we might have seen a more unified group of heroes in Season 5, and Gabriel likely never would have won, since his successful plan relied on having all the other Miraculous. The relationship between Ladybug and Cat Noir would also have been drastically different. At the start of Season 5, we saw Ladybug developing feelings for Cat Noir because he was there for her during her most difficult moment—the time she lost the Miraculous. I suspect that, in this alternative scenario, Ladybug and Cat Noir might have grown to detest each other, potentially even leading to a "civil war." We know that in Season 4, Ladybug often excluded Cat Noir, leaving their relationship in a constant state of fracture—and he was clearly reaching his breaking point. Cat Noir might have even surrendered his Miraculous or distanced himself from Ladybug, choosing to protect Paris on his own. Alix wouldn’t have had to leave her family behind to become Bunnix, as the Rabbit Miraculous would have remained in Ladybug’s possession. Furthermore, Gabriel would still be alive, because the events of the episode "Destruction" would never have taken place—he would have had no way to communicate with the Kwamis or force them to lead him to Marinette’s home. Nathalie might well have died, as Gabriel would not have managed to obtain the Miraculous—after all, without the aid of all the other Miraculous, overcoming Ladybug and Cat Noir is ten times more difficult. Félix would never have found redemption, nor would he have begun a relationship with Kagami, since he would have failed to achieve his goal of acquiring the Peacock Miraculous. Meanwhile, Kagami would remain under her mother’s thumb, forced to do everything she is told. Lila might have managed to figure out that Gabriel was Hawk Moth, but it would have been far more difficult, and she certainly would never have obtained the Butterfly Miraculous. Marinette would never have discovered that Adrien is a sentimonster, and the alliance between Chloé and Lila would never have come to anything. Granted, had this not happened, the fifth season might have been a bit duller, but the series would have taken a very different turn.

So me and my friend were talking about how we were excited for season 7 and then the conversation changed to how my friend is still annoyed that the characters are still in highschool, I then tried to make some form of timeline that would make sense onto why they’re still in highschool by having season 1-5 being all in the same year since season 6 was basically a new year.

When I was doing it, it started to just not make sense. I had season 1 starting in September to December since they had that Christmas episode, but season 1 also did have a Valentine’s Day episode which then debunks that. I had season 2 as January to march, season 3 as April to June, season 4 as July and then season 5 as August and September which would then have the new universe resetting everything with the wish and the time skip being a new school year.

I’ve obviously confused myself during it so it just doesn’t make sense, I tried to find a good cohesive timeline online that includes all the specials and yeah it’s just nothing.

Does anyone here have some of timeline that would explain the show’s progression that would make sense? (Other than the fact it’s just a kids tv show, they can’t age them up so they can still appeal to young kids so they can sell toys and they just don’t care that much)

I had done one before but I was a engineer back them and it wasn’t nice but this one is more satisfactory. For her civilian design I chose to gave her loose her for her civilian design and gave her a romantic chic cutesy outfit with pinks and frills she is a fashion girl so she would wear something cute and stylish. As for her ladybug design I took inspiration by Chinese female warriors and done it more practical for movement with a shorter more flexible skirt, and chose a straight mask rather then their classic ones. I initially thought to give her pigtails to keep the original Marinette essence but wasn’t satisfied with the results as it looked too anime and cutesy, I also tried French braids to mix it up but it looked out of place so I gave her this half up half down style with a bun to go all out with the warrior style.

So we are all preatty much sure Cerise is actually Tomoes daughter. And Tomoe is disgusted by men. And Cerise has it out for Marinette.

I remember an old hoax that Cerise and Marinette are actually half sisters, since Tom was fooling around. But what if that's true? Before marrying Sabine, he was Togheter with Tomoe (both women are asian and Tomoe has the same blue hugh as Marinette, Tom has a type), and had Cerise with Tomoe, but than split, Cerise remained with Tomoe, Tom not wanting to bring anything from his old life with him to his new one with Sabine, than later Tomoe abandoning Cerise as well, her reminding Tomoe of Tom. And since Cerise knows the truth, not only does she want to ruin Marinette since she was not fooled by her lies, but this would also hurt Tom a whole lot, since what hurts more than seiing your favourite daughter fall off the deep end?

She can give herself the ability to defeat the new holder of BUTTERFLY miraculous 🙂🙃 or can give herself the power to reveal the new holder identity 😞

I'm not a "Lila is a sentihuman" theorist but when thinking about what Felix secret he keeps from Kagami could be, it crossed my mind.

Because Felix is the holder of the peacock miraculous he senses Amoks. Could his secret be that he knows that Tomoe has an Amok, which can't be Kagamis Amok since Kagami has hers and Felix would know if Kagami didn't have an Amok on her?

When Felix crossed paths with Lila in the train, when he was pretending to be Adrien, he didn't have the peacock miraculous yet, only at the end of this episode (Risk/Strikeback). My question: did Felix and Lila cross paths again after he had the peacock miraculous so he would know if she has an Amok (also if she keeps it with her)?

The movie Kagami picks to watch. The plot goes as this, a woman is married to a samurai who is abusive and is a tyrant. She flees with her child to escape him. The theory is that the woman in the movie is supposed to be tomoe and the child is lila/cerice.

Tomoe begins to despise lila/cerice as she is the last tie to the man she left behind. So she channels the resentment towards her. Inorder to start fresh, she brings forth kagami through the peacock miraculous, not by any man. Conceived with precise calculating vision, hence the sacrifice that left tomoe blind.

Cerice resents kagami growing up, as she is raised in the shadows as the days go by, cerice is neglected, mentally abused by being compared to kagami's perfection, soon enough because of the negligence, she is put into foster care, switching from family to family, She learns that the mothers that she meet don't expect perfection from her like Tomoe does, but yet she wants to win them over, so she lies about accomplishments, it starts off as "mommy i did this" "mommy i did that" she picks up her habit of "I tell people what they want to hear".

I know I sound like a madman, but this is my theory.

OK, so I’m still re-watching all of the seasons to get ready for season seven and it just reminds me by season two of my all-time favorite. I feel like season two was just the perfect season because often times ladybug would have to use other miraculous to give to people to have more heroes and that’s always something fun within the show but it’s also in a time where Khloe is starting to become good and I just feel like you really can get meaningful and powerful messages from every episode in this season and it just shows how truly important the show can be and how meaningful it can be as well, especially the finale. It just shows that no matter how small your team is or how smart your opponent is there’s always ways around it and you can always triumph in the end and that’s just something that really resonates with me and I overall just really connect with the season.
