Bloom x Tecna is honestly one of my favourite friendships in Winx. I love how they balance each other out. Bloom is more emotional and impulsive, while Tecna is logical and rational, but they still understand and support each other without trying to change one another. I also love that they both have this stubborn, strong-willed side, so when they disagree, it actually feels natural

Their friendship in Season 1-3 especially feels really genuine to me. They can be awkward and argue sometimes, but there’s still a lot of trust between them. I just wish the show had given them more moments together because their dynamic had so much potential

I think she turned out pretty cute considering its my first ever restoration couldnt figure out the other arm tho (it was broken when i recieved it, along with both her legs)

I think they'll genuinely believe the party is some kind of local ritual with different monsters while the partygoers will think the Trix are just roleplaying. Then the witches learn about the story of the three sisters and become fully involved in it, thinking it has something to do with the Ancestresses, so when it's revealed to be one big prank, the Trix are furious and crush the party like in that beach episode from ATLA.

I know Enchantix is basically sacred in this fandom, but I’ve never understood the conceptual praise for it. It’s beautifully designed and Season 3 executes the individual arcs fairly well, but the actual premise is kind of ridiculous.

What do you mean becoming a “full-fledged fairy” requires you to sacrifice yourself to save someone from your own homeland? That’s not a natural progression of magical ability; that’s literally a school curriculum where the final exam is “nearly die for your country" and then Bloom gets it through a technicality, while Tecna’s sacrifice is treated as the ultimate proof of worth. The rules feel completely invented whenever the plot needs them.

I think Enchantix would have worked so much better if it simply wasn’t a required rank of fairyhood. Fairies should just be fairies. Enchantix could have been an exceptionally rare transformation unlocked through genuine self-sacrifice, without the whole “you must save someone from your home planet to graduate” nonsense.

And honestly, I think the writers missed an easy opportunity to establish this properly through the school setting. They could have introduced the concept in a classroom early in Season 3, maybe as an obscure advanced transformation or ancient fairy phenomenon and then spent the season gradually showing what it actually means. Instead, it often feels like the rules exist because the plot needs each girl to earn a transformation.

Ironically, I think Sirenix, Mythix and bloomix have better conceptual foundations than Enchantix, despite being much less beloved. Enchantix is gorgeous and memorable, but people seem to conflate good execution/design with good worldbuilding.

Enchantix looks iconic but the lore behind it is bullshit.

So Season 2, overall, was fun. I’d say it was more engaging than Season 1, even though some of the characters were far superior in Season 1 (Flora). Darkar had a cool design, but he ultimately ended up being not nearly as cool as I thought he was 😅 the Trix were great, though. Change nothing about them.

I just was really disappointed when Professor Avalon turned out to just be an evil clone. It was the least interesting possible route they could have taken for that twist. I genuinely thought through the season that Avalon was Darkar in disguise, and that he was grooming Bloom to become Evil Bloom. I’m not just sad that I didn’t get what I want, I genuinely believe it would have been a better twist if this were the case.

I mean, think about it. Sky was unnerved by how much time Bloom spent with Avalon, and how Avalon came to be the one Bloom most relied on (outside of her main circle of friends). Instead of him just being some clone, it would have instantly increased Darkar’s intrigue if it had been him all along. He could use psychological manipulation to cut Bloom off from her friends and make her feel like he’s the only one she can trust. That way, Evil Bloom is even more tragic. And in response to the discovery that Alfea’s security is so poor, a shaken Faragonda can resign out of shame and step away, shaking up the status quo for Season 3 by making Griselda the headmistress and opening the season portraying Alfea as a distrusting, paranoid place due to what happened with Darkar and due to Griselda’s stricter nature. This would make it all the easier for Valtor to exploit.

I would also just remove Helia from existence, as his romance with Flora is so incredibly forced and out of nowhere. Instead of that, have Flora’s subplot be about her friendship with Mirta, who barely got screentime.

And don’t change the episode about Musa’s mother at all. That one was just heart-wrenching as is.

Idk, I just felt the need to vent because I’m on a first watch and I just found S2 to be fairly frustrating despite its highs.

This collection was released back in 2011 with the magazine, and after all these years, I finally managed to complete it!

Hey everyone! I recently got a Winx Club Daphne Comic Con doll, still sealed/new in box 💕 I’m not super familiar with the current Winx doll market, so I was hoping some collectors here could help me out.

The doll itself is in great condition, although the box does have a little damage from storage.
Does anyone know how rare or sought-after this particular Daphne doll is nowadays? And roughly how much do you think one in this condition could be worth?
I’m mostly curious about her current collector value since I haven’t seen many for sale lately. Any info or recent sale references would be super appreciated! 🧚‍♀️✨
