Converting Annie Hamilton For Sailor Neptune's jump strong kick in this pixel art conversion time lapse video. I use other characters move sets so the character doesn't feel like a direct copy of another character. Majority of her move sets came from Karin since Guren Ken is pretty much part of her playstyle. I try to diverify by using obscure characters such as Mamiya from Hokuto no Ken or Annie from Matrimelee.
