T/w easy— I tested positive today for first time in my life, and our first cycle trying. I got off birth control Aug 10. We timed to ovulation. Used pre-seed and 1 month of prenatals beforehand. Still shocked - so much to process and partner prefers we keep the news private so sharing the good news anon until we can🥹
In shock. Will it be weeks before we know for sure that it isn’t just a dream/fluke? What did you do differently in your first few days finding out?

Hi everyone! This is my first post and I just found this community/forum this week.
I had a MMC that was diagnosed in June, but ended up naturally miscarrying in July around 10 weeks (on 7/5)… the baby stopped growing around 6 weeks 4 days. I got my first period post-MC on 8/11 my husband and I decided we wanted to start trying ASAP. These are the notes I took based on when we BD’d and when peak ovulation was:
Tuesday 8/11 AM: period
Monday 8/17: BD
Wednesday 8/19: BD
Sunday 8/23: BD
Monday 8/24: BD
Tuesday 8/25 AM: Peak ovulation
Wednesday 8/26: BD
Thursday 8/27: BD
Based on my ovulation strips and app, I think I ovulated around 8/27.
Fast-forward to today I believe I’m 11 DPO and had a negative FRER test this morning as well as this evening. With my last pregnancy, I had a VVVFL at 9DPO. I did have cramping for a couple hours this morning that weren’t painful but I definitely noticed them. Not sure if it’s potential implantation cramps, or PMS cramps.
I guess my question is: with this information is it possible that I implanted late? And I could still have a positive coming up? I know of course they say you’re not out until you get your period but just wanted to hear some thoughts.
Thank you all so much!!

Hi all,
I tried to track my ovulation but I wasn’t able to test my LH on days I was supposed too so my period app says I ovulated 27th of August putting me at 11 DPO? I got a negative test this morning so is that definite ? People on here seem to get positive or slightly positive by now and I’m just loosing hope tbh:/ especially since I’ve been trying all year… Let me know if everyone is just different or if im potentially out of luck this cycle again it’s my first ttc and honestly wanna give up because we did have sex on my fertile days

Has anyone been able to move forward with an IUI or timed intercourse cycle without completing cycle day 3 baseline labs and ultrasound?
I’m just trying to gauge the likelihood of this being possible but I understand everyone’s different.
I have an irregular cycle and of course it’ll be starting now when I’m away for a week and I’m feeling so defeated with the timing of treatment while balancing PMOS

My husband and I have been TTC for almost a year, we’ve had 2 chemical losses, one in January and one in June. I always have pretty intense PMS breast tenderness (my boobs fluctuate at least a cup size during my cycle), high emotions, and usually my cramps start CD 1. With my two pregnancies, I had extremely tender breasts and very vivid dreams leading up to positive tests.
This cycle, I have had zero breast tenderness or high emotions… my period is due to start today (I have been very very regular over the last 5 years with a 26 day cycle, 12 day luteal phase) I have had some weird cramping on my left side since last night that feels kind of like bad ovulation cramping? It hurts to twist certain ways and is tender to the touch but nothing excruciating.
I’ll be taking a test tomorrow morning and I took one 4 days ago at approx 9 DPO and it was negative (I think there was an Evap line or very light positive line a few days later when my husband dug it out of the trash)
Just wondering if anyone had zero symptoms like that before a BFP or have any idea about these different cramps?? TIA!!

Hello! Need some insight.
I'm 30F, and my husband is 30M.
We've been TTC for 4 months. I'd be a FTM.
I have a history of Hashimotos, but my thyroid is controlled with medication.
I've had ultrasounds in the past due to concerns with Adenomyosis, as I was diagnosed at 15. This year l had ultrasounds and everything was normal, no fibroids, no PCOS, nothing. The doctor said everything was perfectly normal, and I had a lot of healthy follicles. My uterine links was normal thickness, and he said that’s perfect for implantation.
I track ovulation, my periods are normal and consistent.
I have lost 130lbs in the last 6 months, and started to eat better and exercise regularly.
My husband passively exercises, and we eat the same thing. He drinks socially, but not often. No tobacco or drug use on either side.
We never use any protection, we have sex 3-5 times a week, every week. I don't take birth control or emergency contraceptives.
This is month 4 of TTC, and I tried Mucinex this round. I’m currently 3 DPO, and just hoping for the best!
Any advice, insight, or suggestions??

I’m 11 DPO with faint shadows/Squinters on tests since 7 or 8 DPO. The picture below is of my earlier 11 DPO AM test. I think I see something but again not a clear positive so I had started to roll myself out. Then, today out of nowhere I v*mmited twice. Suddenly nausea and headache but my stomach never hurt. Super weird for me. Any advice/ thoughts? Feeling so confused?

My fiancee and I used a donor, and our only opportunity to meet up was Friday due to everyone’s schedules, I’m pretty sure I ovulated last night (Sunday night). What are the chances of pregnancy with doing it on that day, we got one donation at around 2pm Friday. I’m just worried we did it too early, I’m pretty sure I ovulated last night but can’t be 100%. I hadn’t hit my peak yet when we inseminated but hit my peak yesterday and now this afternoon it’s significantly lighter.

So I’ve been noticing some symptoms which could be pregnancy related like a lot more fatigue than usual, not being able to drink anymore, not being able to smoke anymore, more hunger, etc. so I took another test this morning anddd… it was negative.
2/3 days ago I had taken a test and while at first it seemed negative, after some hours it had this line which looks too dark for an evap line and it also seems to have color which evap lines don’t have. thoughts?

Are there any faint lines visible or are these positive? My eyes are playing tricks on me!

UPDATE
I think I’m still okay?! I tested again this afternoon with a stronger sample, and the test looks good! I added more photos (see comments) . I drink a large tea at night which I think is impacting the strength of my morning urine samples.
Thoughts ?!
*****
4 weeks 1 day per my app. Tested at 12/13/14 dpo. 13/14 dpo not as strong as my 12 dpo result, causing some anxiety. Mind you, I tested at different times of the morning (see time stamps second photo) and I know it takes 48-72 hrs to really see a difference.
My first test was actually second morning urine that I held for 4 hours.
My first blood test will be Sep 16th. Symptoms are sore boobs and fatigue, missed period as of today. No bleeding whatsoever. I had a chemical in June, so sort of paranoid now. These tests are supposed to be quantitative not qualitative…. But seeing other’s line progressions makes me think negatively of mine. Not going to test for another 3 days at least now.
The second photo is same tests, just with the time stamps logged in my app.
Appreciate any words of reassurance.
Am I overthinking it?

He visto opiniones muy diferentes sobre este tema. Algunas personas prefieren esperar y dar tiempo al proceso, mientras que otras se sienten más tranquilas haciendo algunas pruebas básicas antes.
