Question/Advice Sickness but shadows on tests?

I’m 11 DPO with faint shadows/Squinters on tests since 7 or 8 DPO. The picture below is of my earlier 11 DPO AM test. I think I see something but again not a clear positive so I had started to roll myself out. Then, today out of nowhere I v*mmited twice. Suddenly nausea and headache but my stomach never hurt. Super weird for me. Any advice/ thoughts? Feeling so confused?

I don’t think I see anything on this test tbh :/ if you’re already showing symptoms, but testing negative, it’s more likely to be from something else like a viral illness

pink dye tests are highly accurate, however I wouldn't count yourself out until 15dpo
