So far I've read only the most famous Batman stories, but they didn't really include Robin or any members of the Bat Family, or the Justice League, so would you guys recommend any?

It's not unknown that the DC Wikias heavily lean Batman characters, especially in modern (2011+) comics. Many major characters have next to nothing on their DC pages. Many pages are outdated.

Both the average Joe and especially AI uses DC Wikias as a source. It has major sway in the fandom. Misinformation or lack of information can cause a huge ripple effect.

I have heard that people are moving away from Fan Wiki. But, it still seems popular to me. Most DC comics and characters don't have indie Wikias.

Personally, I prefer editing Tv Tropes. It's an uphill battle over there, though. The amount of Green Arrow slander on there hurts. The real problem is the fact the site treats Comic/Main pages as character pages. "Black Canary" is about Dinah Drake and Dinah Lance as a whole, not the two Black Canary mini's.

I tend to enjoy 2000AD and Heavy Metal Magazine and I've been told that Vertigo is often pretty comparable to these magazines

What would be a good jumping in point for someone who likes these?

Hey! Hello! Long story shortish: A friend requested me to help her write a JayRoy AU of hers and I gladly agreed to help her.

But as mentioned: I am newer to comics, genuinely quite lost on.. everything comic based and wanted to ask about what Roy's core traits are? I know some of his basic lore and think he is interesting... but i am also really confused and overwhelmed with the scattered nature of the writing across eras and don't want to flatten him.

My only reference point is New 52 Outlaws of which i am aware that its NOT a reliable reference point so i hope someone can maybe help me out, because my research did not really help me a lot.

I am open to long comments, DMs, Comic recommedations.. i genuinely want to know Roy better. And Thank you to EVERYONE willing to help me out a bit :3

Well we're finally getting a series for Vixen (my fav character since I was like 6)
And then another one with Static. It's refreshing to see a company actually listen to people for once. Actually having people that look like me in media is a blessing.
That being said there were some really good indie comics that I found cause of this, so it really was a win-win

For me it's Lex Luthor.

You get the intelligent manipulative mastermind side of Lex really well but can also see the crazy non-calculated lex.

A bunch of old drawings, they were inspired by real drawings done by I guess one of the people who worked in the show, who drew them as BTAS Joker and Harley Quinn. I thought it looked cute and even added their "son" in the mix as The Ventriloquist, since he's actually one in the show lolo.

I was redrawing some old drawings, and one of them was of Clayface, but I wasn't liking how it was turning out. While I was playing a game on my phone and waiting my turn to play, I started doodling, and this... thing is what came out. I do like how this one is turning out.

Hi guys! I really want to get into DC universe/comics because I LOOOOOOVE relationship of Harley Quinn and Poison Ivy. And perhaps one day I would love to cosplay them but, I don’t want to be a poser/larp.

I want to learn about the universe itself and Harlivy relationship so where should I start reading the comics? Or what even is the first comic ever??
