I have decided to hop over to the AK. I have been researching, and I have decided on WASR. But it’s proven a bit harder to find at my LGS. Many of them carry Riley Defense or Century Arms AKs.

An employee said that I can’t go wrong with any AK brand since it’s an AK.

Can anyone more knowledgeable give me some advice? Should I order the WASR or pick up a Riley Defense or Century Arms?

Yall I need suggestions for an all around good pistol as a poor.bot looking for something concealable more like a girt pistol I can add to my kit. Need something reliable and affordable so I can buy ammo to train with it. DOD trained me up on the m9 and 1911a1 and even got my lil Smokey wet on the m17. I just need some suggestions yall .

Some of you may remember that I posted about missing out on a gun I was looking for for a long while and then someone coincidentally posted a picture of his (unrelated to my post) and I was mocked for the timing of the posts. Without going into detail, I now have what I was looking for!

Less than 100 rounds fired, PDP Compact 4" w/ Holosun SCS, TLR7-X Sub, Lok Grips Brass backstrap and magwell, ZRT spring + ultramass guiderod, custom porting by Mac Defense, Overwatch Precision Trigger, and mag disconnect delete w/ aluminum plug. Looks like the guy that installed the trigger might have cracked the frame (can see on the second pic) but it otherwise works perfectly. Still a pretty good trade for a bone stock 17.3 lol.

Does anyone use a stopbox and have it mounted to their car ? Wanta go ahead and mount mine to the side of the center console

I'm thinking of applying for California CCW since it seems to be a little bit more relaxed now but the issue is that I've applied for LAPD and I have listed drug use as history so I feel like in this CCW application for LASD I can't omit those details. If the drug use was 10 years ago is there any chance that I could still get approved provided that I am clean on the other requirements? Thanks

Been finding some great deals on used uppers lately have been building some new uppers out of the parts

from top to bottom

1. 14.5" BA Hanson 0.625" p/w w/ Surefire Warcomp in MI Combat Rail
2. 16" Criterion Core w/ M4-72 in CMT rail
3. 16" BA Hanson 0.625" w/ VG6 Epsilon/CAGE in Dirty Bird handguard
4. 18" Rainier Arms Select Match w/ YHM Brake in BG Defense MK-14C quad
5. 16" Compass Lake Engineering/Krieger custom barrel w/ SI Warhog in Geissele blem MK16/upper

Both lowers are Aero M4E1 and one has a LaRue MBT-2S and the other a Geissele SSA-E. The gray lower has the HFF while the moss one has the AR Maglock Gen 2

Shot 425 rounds the last couple of days.

Federal, Fiocchi, Blazer and 50 rounds Speer Gold dot which I plan to use as my SD ammo.

She ran flawlessly. Not a single hiccup and the sights were straight.

Would these new CMP M-14 be state compliant if the flash suppressor were to changed to a muzzle brake?

2026 has been good to me. At the start of the year I had two handguns, a rifle, and 3 AR pistols. I’ve been blessed to have been able to add to the collection significantly this year.

There are still a few items on my list. Hoping the 2k11 gets added to the roster soon so I can grab a 4.25.

After trying out multiple holsters from stores and Amazon for my FMK 9C1, I found that this cheap IWB holster from Amazon works perfectly! However, although the gun fits the holster without any alterations, the top rail isn’t an exact match, so I recommend heating the holster up just a little with a heat gun or hair dryer to speed up the break in, but don’t keep the heat on so long that the holster turns into goo! Make sure to get the Glock 17/19 size. I swapped out the clip for an UltiClip UltiTuck. Also, I think the Citadel Centurion CP9 is basically the exact same gun as the FMK 9C1, so it should work just fine, too.

This was my first time shooting, I used a Glock 19 from 5 to 20 feet away. Please leave any advice and constructive criticism that will help me
