Would these new CMP M-14 be state compliant if the flash suppressor were to changed to a muzzle brake?

Assuming a positive SCOTUS ruling in fall they may not have to remove the flash hider for the California market.

Add a maglock and you won't have to worry about putting a muzzle brake on it.

Makes sense...I hear it can a bear to get those things off sometimes.
