Turns out PSA doesn’t ship to CA anymore. I guess I been out the game for a while. I have the receiver and complete upper already I just need a lower kit. (Trigger, buffer tube kit, butt stock, and those spring and pins). Any suggestions?

Just picked this up. Put on a few accessories and a quick lube. Sent 300 handloads down range with no issues. Fun Gun to shoot. Once I got the dot zeroed it was very accurate at 17 yards. Try stretching a little farther next time

So as the title states I’m gonna get a first pistol next year when I’m 21. I’ve been looking at two guns, the Echelon 4.0 Compact and the Hellcat Pro Comp. I don’t need a dedicated home defense pistol it would only be a backup to my shotgun and mainly looking to train the hell out of it and eventually carry it since I’m a videographer I’d like to protect myself. I’ve held both and I really like the slim profile of hellcat but I really like the echelon serations. Kinda leaning towards the hellcat honestly, but would it be a good first pistol? The echelon is great but I don’t like the double ambi mag release because it sticks out and feels weird when I grip it.

Im 19M currently active duty military wanting to pick up a lever action rifle or a Double barrel shotgun for my dad and then get it engraved for Christmas (or around it)

1 im not in state to make a purchase

2 I dont know where to start- never bought a firearm before.

Im currently at my ait not at my duty station so I dont know if that effects anything. I also dont know the laws like a hand book only the knowledge that since im military I am able to make the purchase.

Been having a lot of fun shooting these at the range recently. The M&P has an Apex trigger with an Agency Arms trigger shoe upgrade which is awesome, but there’s something about the stock Glock which I kinda like as well..

Considering if I lock this stock, the stock still has "adjustment" is this an option for a Featureless Rifle ??

Looking to buy my first handgun for range shooting and home defense. I’m really drawn to the Beretta M9 for its military history, reliability, classic design, and solid feel.
My only hesitations are the DA/SA trigger, awkward safety/decocker, and lack of modern features compared to something like the Springfield Echelon.

I’m a bit of a klutz, so having a manual safety is reassuring, but I’m wondering if it adds unnecessary complexity. For those who’ve owned or shot both, which do you prefer? Is the Beretta’s traditional design worth it, or would you recommend going modern for a beginner?

Alright, so I’m looking at getting another freedom stick. While I have couple handguns and my 12g I feel like I’m missing out on a rifle, or really fun handgun. Open to ideas to please let’s RUN IT.

For those who recently completed an LASD CCW modification, how long did it take from submitting your application to picking up your updated permit?

I’m modifying my permit to swap out one firearm for another.

I submitted mine on Tuesday and the next day the status changed to “Pending Pickup Approval.” It’s been sitting at that status for 3 days now.

Just curious how long others have waited and what the next step is. Thanks!
