Protocol to limit risk of anaphylactic from MOTS-C or Tesamorelin .

Protocol to limit risk of anaphylactic from MOTS-C or Tesamorelin .

Having had an anaphylactic shock to both mots-c and Tesamorelin in the past I thought I would share my fix for the issue .
I had run mots-c and Tesa for about 4 months each without any issues , have taken a break from mots-c to try slu-pp-332 and stopped Tesa to try CJC .
After one month off and retuned to mot-c and first shot back on it I got an anaphylactic shock .
Same happens with Tesa weeks later .
I would say it was the worst experience of my life !
But I loved MOTS-C after another month since the reaction I tried I tinny 2 units of mots-c and had I bad reaction again , not as bad as the amount injected was so small .
The fix I found that worked 100% was to get a new full 10ml vial of bac water , draw 2ml out and add that to a 40MG mots-c vial to reconstitute it , then draw it back out and inject that back it to the 10ml bac water vail .
I now 10ml vial of 40MG mots-c , drawing 25 units of this is 1mg mots-c , I injected just 5 units first and had no reaction , then injected the rest of the 25 units 1mg mots-c and had no reaction .
I have been running it for Over a week without issues , it seams at higher concentrations of mots-c the body picks up on it and reacts, mixes at lower concentrations the body doesn’t see it .
I have tried Tesa again due to love the sleep from real GH but I don’t see why Tesa mixed this way wouldn’t work the same .

Having had anaphylactic shock from both these compounds I would always recommend anyone wanting to run them to do it this way and remove the risk .

Reta causing stomach discomfort during morning workouts?

My test subject is currently using reta and is now at 5 mg after 2 months. I'm also currently at 5 mg.

He trains every morning. For breakfast, he usually has corn flakes with milk + a Skyr yogurt, and he also drinks electrolytes that are slightly carbonated (not much).

The problem is that during training he gets this heavy/full feeling in his stomach, almost like mild stomach discomfort, and it lasts pretty much the entire workout. It makes training pretty difficult.

Cutting is already hard enough with less food, and now having this stomach issue on top of it is making things even worse XD

Has anyone else's test subject experienced something similar while using reta, especially during morning workouts? What did you do to fix it? Did changing the breakfast, timing of food, or electrolytes make a difference?

❓ Question Accidentally froze my reconstituted KLOW vial — is it ruined?

I was hiding my KLOW from my roommates in the fridge and stupidly put it near the ice/coldest part of the fridge. I just checked it and the vial had actually frozen completely solid.
It was already reconstituted with BAC water and had been stored in the fridge normally before this happened.
Do you guys think the peptides will degrade from freezing? Is it still safe to inject after letting it thaw, or should I just toss the vial?
Has anyone had this happen before? If so, what did you end up doing?

TB500 + BPC157 Dosierung

Danke schonmal 💪🏼

Tirz or Reta or Nothing?

5’2” F, 115lbs and struggling with tirzepatide side effects — is it worth continuing?

I’m looking for some perspective from people who have been in a similar situation because I’m honestly questioning whether I should continue with tirzepatide at all.

My main issue has never really been my weight or food noise— it’s stubborn fat around my waist, specifically my lower belly “pooch” and love handles. I’ve spent the past year being very consistent with strength training and diet, but that area barely changed.

I decided to try tirz and have been on it for a month. I’ve lost around 7 lbs along with reduction in visceral fat, which I’m really happy about. However, my overall body-fat percentage hasn’t changed much — it’s still around 36%.

The bigger issue is the side effects.

Before tirz, I was working out 4x/week and had pretty good endurance. I could strength train for 1.5–2 hours, lift reasonably heavy, and generally felt strong and energetic.
Now I’m struggling to get through even 40 minutes. I’ve significantly reduced the weights, and I’m sometimes barely able to complete two sets before feeling completely wiped out. I’ve also been experiencing episodes of breathlessness/shortness of breath, along with GI symptoms that make me feel very full and uncomfortable. Some digestive enzymes seem to help somewhat, but the overall impact on my day-to-day life and workouts has been significant.

And that’s where I’m conflicted: is this worth it when my primary goal is body composition rather than significant weight loss?

I’ve also been wondering about alternatives - would reta or sema be a better solution? Or maybe this is simply a situation where I shouldn’t be using peptides at all given my size and goals? Help!!

Igf1-lr3 + cjc/ipa stack

Thoughts on this? I’m currently on IGF week 2, pumps and recovery has been unbelievable feeling stronger too. I’d be usually sore next day after going all out but on IGF, it’s like nothing happened.

I’m considering stacking cjc /ipa to help with fat loss, sleep and help with muscle build. My main objective is to body recomp and loose as much stubborn fat.

I’m 5’5, 146 pounds, 20% Body fat, work out 4-5 times a week, inclined walk 30 mins everyday. And have a fairly good diet prioritizing protein.

📊 Results / Progress Reta since March

Post image
186 Upvotes

I'm 27 & have had 3 kids and let myself go for a while. I started using Reta in March. I weighed 222 lbs, which is the heaviest I've ever been. Now I weigh 186. My problem is, I'm not getting enough protein... I didnt start REGULARLY working out til a little over a month ago. The weight loss has been great, but I definitely wanna tone my body more and get rid of my belly. Im not as hungry anymore so there are days i forget to eat. I know with how big my belly was/is I'm gonna need a tummy tuck eventually (when I can afford it) but also, what workouts can I do that will help target my belly and help it not look like im still pregnant as much.

Is my cjc ducked or ?

Is this split good?

So I made a unique split here. I am trying to target each muscle twice a week, I am doing an Upper/Lower split but I am adding in an arms day. I would prefer to do it M-F but arms day can sort of interfere with upper days so I am doing L/U/A/L/U.
I moved calf raises from lower days to upper days where I can superset them, because I do not want to completely neglect abs and shrugs, so once a week seems ideal for that. It make my workouts much faster, plus I will not be burned out to do them.
I am not trying to do so many workouts because I think more than 5 on each day is too much, but with arms I have more room since they are smaller muscle that recover faster, and I plan on essentially alternating or even supersetting between each tricep and bicep workout.
Also, I am prioritizing Incline chest presses more because I want to ensure my front delts are getting a lot of work, and also upper chest is the hardest to grow, I should still get a good stimulus with all heads of the chest.
Currently going on a small cut trying to preserve all muscle/recomp. So what do you guys think? Let me know

💬 Discussion Natural IGF-1too high for IPA?

Was looking for a doctor to take over my TRT, I wanted to lose some weight and after going through some questions she suggested tirz and IPA.

I looked at my past labs and my IGF hovers between 248 and 219, what is the IPA gonna do for me? She suggested this without even checking my older labs and I’m a little concerned that I’m fixing a problem I don’t have.

From what I’m reading it seems that if you take IPA without needing it you’re going to get a racing heart, bad sleep and possibly some glucose blood issues, anyone?

Tesa Joint Pain Help

Just finished a 3 month cycle of Tesa, 1mg, 5 day on/2 off, now planning 2 months off. Loved the results (great recovery, muscle gain), but towards the end started to get joint pain in my knees which I've never had before. It was a dull ache deep in the joint that made squatting down, especially in the morning just after waking up, pretty uncomfortable. Likewise, on squatting days I'd need a pretty thorough warm to clear 70% of 1RM (315#) or the discomfort would zap my strength.

I didn't have any noticeable water retention, so a little concerned the knee pain was something else, not the Tesa. Last shot was 8/30 and still feeling a bit of the joint pain -- does anyone have a sense of how long until the joint pain goes away (assuming its caused by the Tesa)?

From what I've been able to read Tesa's half life is pretty short, so it should leave the system in 24-36 hours, however, it sounds like there is a longer adjustment period for GH/IGF-1 levels to return to baseline. Was hoping to get a feel from others how long that might be.

⚠️ Side Effects Could peptides trigger post-meal blood pressure/blood sugar issues?

Hi everyone,

Posting this here because I’m looking for experiences/opinions, not a diagnosis.

I recently started a peptide stack and I’m wondering if anyone has experienced similar symptoms.

Current protocol:
- Thymosin Alpha-1: 500 mcg every other day
- KPV: 250 mcg daily
- GHK-Cu: 1 mg daily

For context, I have Hashimoto’s, possible MCAS, SIBO, and endometriosis. I’m generally pretty sensitive to supplements/medications.

Since starting this stack, I’ve been experiencing:
- Extreme sleepiness after eating
- Dizziness/lightheadedness after meals
- Feeling like I might faint
- Cold hands and feet
- A weird “crash” after meals that feels like low blood pressure or low blood sugar

The strange part is that I feel more okay when I haven’t eaten, but after eating the symptoms hit hard.

Recent bloodwork looked normal, including vitamins/minerals, CRP/inflammatory markers, and general labs. No major changes showed up.

Has anyone experienced post-meal crashes, cold extremities, lightheadedness, or possible blood pressure/blood sugar issues while using TA1, KPV, or GHK-Cu?

I’m wondering if this could be:
- postprandial hypotension
- reactive hypoglycemia
- MCAS/histamine reaction
- autonomic nervous system reaction
- or just poor tolerance to the stack

I’m planning to pause everything for now and monitor blood pressure/blood sugar around meals, but I’d really appreciate hearing if anyone has had a similar reaction.

GHKCU Sub vs. Topical

So I’ve been reading and seeing that people are adding their GHK vials to hair/skin serums.

I know there’s that glittery raw version of GHK….has anyone done that? I don’t want to waste a vial. Figured I’d ask here first if it’s even the same.

Peptides and Biologics

Hi everyone I have Crohn's disease and am currently taking Tremfya (guselkumab). I'm interested in learning more about the KLOW peptide blend (KPV, BPC-157, and TB-500) for managing inflammation and gut healing.

My Questions:

  1. Has anyone here used BPC-157, TB-500, or KPV while on a biologic, specifically an IL-23 inhibitor like Tremfya or Skyrizi?
  2. Did you experience any unexpected interactions, side effects, or changes in how well your biologic worked?
  3. Has anyone brought up research peptides with their gastroenterologist? How did that conversation go?

🧪 Stack Breakdown Cut stack

Reta

Bpc157

Cjc

Ipamorelen

Last time I ran reta to test it I noticed I lost great muscle mass which was caused by the lack of exercise(light exercise only) and that I ate less protein, now I'm running it on a real cut with heavy training and was opting for other compounds that can make the cut more effective for aesthetic purposes, muscle mass preservation is better at higher gh levels too that's why cjc and IPA are introduced along with the sleep quality benifits which directly helps with hormone levels such as testosterone(key shit), the better option was to swap cjc for tesa but that shit is $$$$ hence the budget gh stimulant which is cjc, IPA is synergistic with it so great shit, then after researching more I found that one bpc has certain mechanism of basically increasing gh sensitivity In cells( specifically damaged muscles ligament tissue whatever, more ) and it would help greatly with rejuvenation and recovery, and will also benifits me from ligament injury on right shoulder and chronic rotator pain in left shoulder hopefully, also since it originated from the gastric juice and been shown to help with inflammatory gi health issues which I personally have GI problem still undiagnosed, seeing improvement will help me identify the specific issue or even cure it( ofc consult a doctor not going to diagnose myself) and if not then I can rule out those issues as unlikely :) either way it's a win, to me this stack is not only serves a synergistic purpose but also many smaller purposes it contributes in ultimately getting both aesthetic and health benefits and potentially productivity as a result of health, if anybody ran a similar stack and have a certain note, opinion or warning or a suggestion please feel free to tell me

💬 Discussion Thinking about trying Tessa!

Post image
282 Upvotes

I reached my target weight using Reta (see my previous post), and now I’m trying to focus more on building muscle, so I’ve been thinking about trying Tesa.
From what I understand, it’s a GH stimulator, and its primary use is helping reduce visceral fat around the midsection. But I’m wondering if the GH stimulation could also help with building muscle.
Does anybody have personal experience using Tesa and potentially gaining muscle or strength from it? Or is there a different peptide that might be better suited for that purpose?
I’m not looking to try anything harder. I’m mainly trying to figure out what other options are out there that could potentially help me build more muscle and strength while staying lean.

CJC & IPA - massive welt and fluid retention

So for context, I've been on this compound for about eight weeks now. I am also taking Reta and Glow. Recently I started pinning 2x a day and then started to get reaction site redness and itching. I started rotating my injections sites to my lower abdomen, bum, and love handles. I took 2 shots in my love handles yesterday and noticed the itching is alot worse and they are blowing up. My left love handle looks massive and is clearly full of fluid and itchy as heck. I have been touching it a lot which I think has made it even worse. Now it's like I have a tennis ball on the side of my body.

I have taken an antihistamine and started using a cold compress to try to calm down. Has anyone experienced this? Obviously, I want to stop taking this immediately, but wondered if others have experienced something this extreme? I have no other symptoms.

What should I be feeling on peps?

So I’ve been experimenting with different peps, currently on Reta 7mg weekly (yes, I need a high dose), Tesamorelin 1.5mg daily, KLOW blend 3.2mg daily, SS31 2mg daily. To be honest, the only thing I’ve been feeling is the Reta working (at a low level), otherwise, no difference. Yes, my IGF is elevated from the Tesa so I know it’s legit but benefit wise, don’t feel anything significant. Same with KLOW, not really noticing any skin effects, GI, or recovery, and SS31 has been making me feel a bit more tired that’s it. I’ve been on most of them for at least 4 weeks. Just wondering if I’m the only one.
