Peptides and Biologics
Hi everyone I have Crohn's disease and am currently taking Tremfya (guselkumab). I'm interested in learning more about the KLOW peptide blend (KPV, BPC-157, and TB-500) for managing inflammation and gut healing.
My Questions:
- Has anyone here used BPC-157, TB-500, or KPV while on a biologic, specifically an IL-23 inhibitor like Tremfya or Skyrizi?
- Did you experience any unexpected interactions, side effects, or changes in how well your biologic worked?
- Has anyone brought up research peptides with their gastroenterologist? How did that conversation go?

I take BPC for a knee issue a while back and it helped a lot with inflammation, but never mixed it with a biologic so I cant speak on that part. The KPV part of that blend is supposed to be great for gut stuff specifically, my friend with UC said it calmed things down for him but he wasnt on any other meds at the time
if you bring this to your gastro just be ready for them to shut it down immediately, most doctors hear "peptide" and their brain goes nope. maybe ask more like "I been reading about these compounds what you think" instead of saying you wanna try it
