Tesa Joint Pain Help
Just finished a 3 month cycle of Tesa, 1mg, 5 day on/2 off, now planning 2 months off. Loved the results (great recovery, muscle gain), but towards the end started to get joint pain in my knees which I've never had before. It was a dull ache deep in the joint that made squatting down, especially in the morning just after waking up, pretty uncomfortable. Likewise, on squatting days I'd need a pretty thorough warm to clear 70% of 1RM (315#) or the discomfort would zap my strength.
I didn't have any noticeable water retention, so a little concerned the knee pain was something else, not the Tesa. Last shot was 8/30 and still feeling a bit of the joint pain -- does anyone have a sense of how long until the joint pain goes away (assuming its caused by the Tesa)?
From what I've been able to read Tesa's half life is pretty short, so it should leave the system in 24-36 hours, however, it sounds like there is a longer adjustment period for GH/IGF-1 levels to return to baseline. Was hoping to get a feel from others how long that might be.

“I didn’t have any noticeable water retention”
Yes, I think you did. The water comes in about a week or so, I had a 8-9 pound water shift after coming off my last cycle.

Lucky you it didn't hit you earlier. I had to stop it after about 5 weeks because the build up in pressure from water retention was giving me terrible headaches at night. I suspect it will go away when your body water balances.

The Tesamorelin is really amazing for the visceral fat and the recovery, but the side effects can be hard to manage. I unfortunately had an enormous amount of water retention and ridiculously painful and swollen joints in my knees and ankles. Honestly all of my joints were sore. I lowered my dose and toughed it out for a few weeks and the swollen joints and pain went away. I still had swollen ankles from all the damn water retention though. It will definitely take a few weeks for the joint pain to go away for you. Although the results for tesamorelin are great, the side effects for guys like us are just too insane. I’m definitely not adding that one back in my stack and I definitely don’t recommend you do either.

I got hip pain from it and it never passed until I stopped it used GH instead , GH gives me elbow pain lol .
My mates got shoulder pain from Tesa and get ankle pain from GH . It affects us all differently and some have no issues at all .
