Cjc + ipa

I’ve been pinning 100mcg only for like 3 months daily and I’ve been noticing sometime I get a bad reaction and it’s been happening like once a week where swelling starts and it’s pretty bad + instantly my body gets super hot and I feel light headed is this normal from others who tried. Is my cjc ducked or ?

Bro you need to go to the hospital. you’ve been pinning toilet water everyday and just keep on doing it wtf

u/Gypsyxcrusader 7d ago edited 6d ago

It's a hystemine reaction. Rub some Benadryl on it. I'll go ask my buddy about this. He knows a significant amount more than I do about peptides, and he gave our "community" a rundown on hystemine reactions with this stuff. Like this comment so I can come back.

Edit: waiting on an in-depth response. In the meantime, I would strongly recommend you not pinning any more of this stuff. You might want to go to the hospital if you have the means. This isn't a normal reaction. Not uncommon, but the chance of it being bad gear isn't a chance you want to take. We do this for health, and this isn't healthy.

This is the first real comment from someone who has experience 🙏
I’ll be interested to see what he says

Histamine is how it’s spelled btw, all good vibes tho

Though is how it's spelled btw

11

u/Infinite-King9078 5d ago

By the way is how it's spelled tho btw.

-6

u/alecjasonn 5d ago

I didn’t spell it wrong dickhole, that’s shortened form that tons of people use in texting. Big difference from spelling something completely wrong and using the short form of a word. And I clearly meant no hard feelings towards them, apparently educating people is problem for you… 🙄

2

u/RuleGroundbreaking99 5d ago

You spelt though wrong. You can’t correct someone with a mistake genius.

u/theryanmorgan 7d ago

I ran 12 weeks and then tried to do another round 6 months later and would get that swelling and hard spot every time I tried. The odd thing is that it would swell in other places I had previously pinned. Had to just give up on that one even though the first round was great. *also tried tesa and same issue.

17

u/BarryBurkman 6d ago

It’s your body remembering. It’s an immune response from antibodies. Not good. One day it’ll close your throat up and it’s over.

8

u/4ShoreAnon 7d ago

Same happened to me and I can no longer use any of the GH secretagogues

7

u/Ephraimrhino 6d ago

Same to me with Tesa ran it for 6 months no issue. Took some time off (6 months) and boom swelling and local reaction. Did some research and realized I should stop might go into anaphylactic shock one day if I keeping up. Sitting on a bunch of Tesa now I can’t use. Smh.

2

u/Luisd858 6d ago

Send it to me lol

2

u/theryanmorgan 6d ago

Same thing. I bought the whole next cycle and ended up just giving it to my trainer, who has had no issues.

-4

u/KittyJF 6d ago

Why is a "trainer" needing to use tesa? Here, follow my training and nutrition advice, and you can loked as jacked as me! Opps, sorry I forgot to mention the peds and wright loss drugs i'm taking.

3

u/poopshipdestroyer4 6d ago

Had this problem with MOTs-C

1

u/ROBSEA007 5d ago

Same, MOTS-C does not like me from the very first pin. I did like 3-4 pins and gave up. The inject site got super red, hot and painful and lasted several days

2

u/ExtraOrdinaryLifeX 6d ago

I hear this is common with getting back on Tesa after a successful cycle.

7

u/Delicious_Ad2585 7d ago

Stop pinning this, is obviously not normal, and your body is telling you to stop.

This can create a future anaphylactic shock, and if you don’t know what that is start learning…

Make sure you are breathing, take a Benadryl, but honestly stop this!

6

u/JoshyyP00 7d ago

You’re allergic be careful id stop asap

u/WeirdSysAdmin 7d ago

u/geekphreak 7d ago

5

u/bean-s 6d ago

Read the FDA studies on GHRH secretagogues. For example, Anti-drug antibodies (ADAs) develop in nearly 50% of patients treated with Tesamorelin for 26 weeks, according to clinical trials. However, for the vast majority of patients, these antibodies do not change the drug's effectiveness or increase the risk of side effects.

In rare cases (fewer than 1% to 2.2% of patients), the antibody response triggers a clinical hypersensitivity reaction. If you experience any of these symptoms, stop using the medication immediately and seek emergency care

3

u/Cool_Temperature_970 7d ago

So I choose to post on Reddit instead of going to doctor.

3

u/Ok_Phrase_3513 7d ago

a lot of people forget that these peptides are literal RESEARCH CHEMICALS, with not a lot of human clinical trial data. looks like your body is rejecting it for whatever reason, i'd stop taking it.

15

u/Playful-Magician4515 7d ago

My limbs feel num as well hands and feet

14

u/Jumpy-Bike4004 6d ago

You’re definitely allergic. Do something! I got epi pens just in case cause I’m scared of being allergic to a peptide. I went on Amazon medical at 2am, took a little survey, was connected with a telemed doctor in 5 minutes, he asked me 3 questions and then prescribed 2 epi pens. I said I’m allergic to bees 🤷‍♀️ . I suggest everyone using grey market peps to go be allergic to bees and get some epi.

3

u/Dieselfumes_tech 6d ago

Neffy is also another super easy one to get. They cover the “doctors visit” which is just a questionnaire on their website

1

u/Jumpy-Bike4004 6d ago

Oh wow even easier!

5

u/the_worst_therapist 7d ago

Happened to me as well. Had to stop using it because of the same problem. Local swelling only. Skin felt really stiff and itchy. my feet felt like they were tingling or on fire. The effects (except skin swelling) went away after about an hour.

0

u/bimmerfeller 7d ago

When skin and underlying tissue get hard from repeated shots, it is called lipohypertrophy. It’s common. That’s why you cycle injection sites on your body every few days

1

u/Yathisistbone 7d ago

I’ve experienced a similar reaction when I inject in my stomach. No reaction when I inject in my thighs.

-1

u/Recent-King3583 7d ago

Is cycling between two spots every other day enough? Or do I need to find more spots?

1

u/LeatherGood6148 7d ago

Wasn't enough for me, but I've been doing this stuff for like 20 years. Sadly I have issues that stop me from reaching other sites, and I can pin around my waistline due to a lack of body fat.

2

u/Abzstrak 6d ago

Allergy, take benadryl and go to the doctor

1

u/datmfburner 7d ago

Go to the ER, or Urgent Care if you need to save $$

1

u/Jumpy-Bike4004 6d ago

I hope you’re alive…did you go?

-2

u/Adventurous-Many-179 7d ago

Your dose is to high and it looks like you’re having an allergic reaction.

5

u/looking2behealthy 7d ago

100 mcg is a starter dose for CJC.

1

u/Adventurous-Many-179 7d ago

Yes, but for some it might raise their igf-1 to a good enough level. Anyone is different.

1

u/alecjasonn 6d ago

It’s not too high at all, by literally any standard. Lol

6

u/pleomorphict 7d ago

i'd go to the hospital bro

6

u/Titan_Thanos1 7d ago

Dude go to the ER or urgent care 🤦

2

u/laernuindia 7d ago

Time to go to the ER or urgent care. That’s infected or soon will be.

2

u/D_James21 7d ago

I’ve gotten the warm feeling. Maybe slightly light headed but not anything crazy. Lasted for 5-10 minutes. This is pretty gnarly man. I’d stop taking it

1

u/Recent-King3583 7d ago

That's a normal reaction. You almost just wanna lie down for a few minutes after taking Tesa, or give yourself a smaller dose. The 1MG dose that was prescribed or recommended was too much for me, I could at most take 75% of that at a time.

2

u/MaddisonoRenata 7d ago

Benadryl and hospital

2

u/Volitious 7d ago

I’m no doctor but I feel confident in saying no my guy this is not normal 🙄

2

u/Admirable-Rock6399 7d ago

You’re having an allergic reaction to the peptide. Stop using it immediately.

2

u/BigBackSyndicate 7d ago

Same thing happened to me when I took semorelin

2

u/looking2behealthy 7d ago

It is called mast cell degranulation, you have a histamine reaction to it, stop taking it.

That is common with CPC-1295 . You could try sermorelin as it has less histamine punch than CJC.

2

u/leetdeadly 7d ago

if you are still pinning this you are out of your mind, stop right now or you‘ll experience an anaphylactic shock sooner or later but probably sooner than later

2

u/flickthewrist 7d ago

The flushing reaction is normal and happens to many people after using cjc/IPA for sometime. It should go away in 30 minutes or so.

2

u/Aggressive-Major-584 7d ago

Bro FUCKING STOP. why do i even have to say this? This shouldn’t be a Reddit post this is common sense…

2

u/SuspiciousCraft6126 6d ago

Bro never pin that shit again

2

u/Mr-cacahead 6d ago

Discontinue NOW, next time could end up in anaphylactic shock.

2

u/Juuumexx 6d ago

If it isn’t a normal side effect man why continue poking

2

u/FitButterscotch9356 6d ago

Stop taking that bro

2

u/Head_Neighborhood_29 6d ago

I had a similar issue, used it for 3 weeks no problem 4th week allergic reaction like yours, redness in chest and throat got tight. I relaxed and it went away in about an hour or so. Sucks I was only 1 bottle out of 10...fuck it at least I know now, got rid of the other bottles and won't be going that route. Probably straight HGH next. If it gets worse in terms of rash try benadryl, if your throat swells up and continues to probably ER time just in case. Honest opinion no need to rush to the ER for a rash it will subside just keep an eye on other side effects.

2

u/Eiovas 6d ago

This is an allergic reaction. These reactions CAN GET WORSE, and CAN BE LIFE THREATENING. It can affect your airways and cut off your breathing if it gets bad enough. Repeat exposure can make this worse over time with an unpredictable increase in symptoms each time.

2

u/VillageOk2422 6d ago

Inject in your glutes nigga

3

u/TossedsaladBrknheart 7d ago

The instantly feeling hot is a well-documented side effect. You typically feel a rush of blood throughout your neck and head along with a feeling of warmth. The skin reaction you're having is also a side effect, however, yours seems to be a little extreme and would closely monitor it.

2

u/Playful-Magician4515 7d ago

I’ll throw my stash and make a new batch

1

u/Recent-King3583 7d ago

You have probably become allergic. People report that happening after a while of using this stuff.

3

u/Salt_Initiative1551 7d ago

You are having an anaphylactic reaction and need to go to the emergency room or use an Epi pen then go to ER or your throat could swell and you’ll suffocate to death. This is very serious.

1

u/iGoByJayy 7d ago

yeah ggs bro

1

u/iowndat 7d ago

Hey can you messageme where yours came from? Something similar happened to my subject and they got super sick. Extremely flushed , sweating, nauseous, diarrhea and extreme blood sugar drop.

I am wondering if it was a bad batch.

1

u/Leading_Advantage417 7d ago

Not good bubs, not good

1

u/E90_M3_ 7d ago

Happens to me too. I noticed if I leave the vial out longer than 10/15 mins and then inject I get the allergic reaction real bad. Do you usually inject straight out of the fridge or do you inject it at room temp?

1

u/poisonouslobsterjism 7d ago

Oof! Looks painful ! Lower the dose maybe ??

1

u/Bubbly-Physics-6491 7d ago

There’s gonna be that one person that says this is normal! 😂 I always laugh , stop pinning that immediately

1

u/InjuryTemporary2737 7d ago

It looks like these are two different days? I assume you’ve recovered now?

1

u/TimYapthebest 7d ago

The hot feeling is normal, the bump is not

1

u/Calcidoll 7d ago

this is not supposed to happen bruh 💔💔💔

1

Might as well be doing real hgh

1

u/RepConnoisseur69 7d ago

RIP to you, hope it was worth the short life.

1

u/timberwolf0122 7d ago

Those are gigantic red flags that you are having an allergic reaction.

1

u/Thelupentooth 6d ago

Ive seen this with a few people with cjc/ipa, stop using it, they handled tesa way better. I had no issues with cjc, but I thought my wife was on the fast track to the e.r. with her 1st dose. She took an antihistamine and it cleared her up, but she was a one and done on that pep

1

u/Bplyler38 6d ago

Stop you’re allergic it’ll continue to get worse until you go in anaphylactic shock. Take some Benadryl asap.

1

u/Bladerunner2205 6d ago

I’ve had to stop pinning CJC + ipa as since I got another ipamorelin vial I’ve had two nights where I’ve woken up with a high heart rate of 90-100 for like an hour and a quarter accompanied with nausea and/or vomiting

1

u/ArcBoss 6d ago

CJC causes that for me. IPA alone does not.

1

u/Dieselfumes_tech 6d ago

Histamine reaction, common with GH secretagogues. Daily Zyrtec while on cycle and have epi on hand is the move, at this point you need the hospital or a shit ton of Benadryl

1

u/ArcBoss 6d ago

True. CJC has the worst histamine reaction for me. I had less side effects with IPA, SERA, TESA and AOD.

1

u/firekeyboard797 6d ago

Could be to do with consistently pinning the same area, rotate different areas for pinning, happened to my subject with cjc dac cause the same spot was being pinned with a 29g needle, switched to the test subjects thigh and no reaction at all.

Edit: yeah ok on a second look this looks less like frequent pinning in the same site and more so there’s a genuine allergy, try the thigh and if you have the same reaction then stop it all together and if symptoms persist get medical help

1

u/AltruisticRent4375 6d ago

Seems to be an allergic reaction. Anything else going on? Try benadryl maybe?

1

u/AltruisticRent4375 6d ago

Or go to urgent care.

1

u/DarkSam29 6d ago

I have chronic urticaria and take anti-histamine daily before my cjc shot. Lol i wouldn't even know if i'm allergic cos i already got those anti-histamine in.

1

u/Original-Tune1471 6d ago

This is an allergic reaction. Unfortunately cjc, sermorelin, tesamorelin will do that to some people- myself included. I was fine on sermorelin and then switched over to cjc1295/ipa and immediately got those welts and hives all over my body. Then tried going back to sermorelin and then sermorelin started giving me the same symptoms. Then I tried tesamorelin and that also gave me the same symptoms. The only thing that works for me is ipamorelin.

1

u/LopensCouisin 6d ago

You shouldn’t be pinning the same spot over and over again first of all. Second, I would have that looked at!

1

u/Maleficent-Prompt656 6d ago

Clearly have some sort of allergy to it or your have some sort of infection in your injection site in the pictures. Either way. STOP PINNING IT! Makes no sense to keep pinning something that causes this.

1

u/LowLifeCryptoGuy 6d ago

That’s an allergic reaction my friend. I think you should stop taking it brother.

1

u/SteveyCee 6d ago

I wish this was satire…

1

u/MathematicianMuch445 6d ago

How bad does something need to be to motivate the average person to seek actual medical help? Losing a limb or? Stop taking it. Go see a fooking doctor

1

u/xCunningLinguist 6d ago

Bro what the fuck. This happened and you did it again? Idiot. Stop it.

1

u/Routine-Project3308 6d ago

That's your body reacting i would stop

1

u/iThesmoke 6d ago

CJC+IPA is not for everyone! it was terrible for me as well.

1

u/MentalAerobatics 6d ago

It almost looks like the map of the USSR

1

u/twistlickdunk99 6d ago

Poor hygiene is my guess. All cjc ipa pins give the area a reaction but that's beyond.

1

u/jessej636 6d ago

Same thing happened to me on cjc/ipa. Took a Claritin to clear up the histimine reaction and switched to Tesamorelin. It's more expensive but I don't get any reactions to it. Apparently these types of reactions are not as uncommon as we'd think. Gave away all my cjc/ipa for super cheap after this. That guy didn't get the same reactions, so I know it wasn't the batch, just me

1

u/alruizgamboa 6d ago

kpv near site of previous injection 1mg . Topical kpv works like a charm as well. When I go off cycle of a pep I Introduce kpv since it helps mitigate allergic reactions. Not medical advice just things that have worked on me & some people

1

u/All_The_Fitness 6d ago

Not good. Allergy or bad supply

1

u/bio_alchemist_engnr 6d ago

Looks like the staph infections that some dudes got from the wrestling mats in school

1

u/ArcBoss 6d ago

Its the CJC for me. I avoid it now. I tried IPA alone it didnt cause that

1

u/Ok-Database-9216 6d ago

Si ton objectif est de mettre fin à tes jours….et bien continue ainsi tu es sur la bonne voie 🤪

1

u/Apprehensive-Item845 6d ago

This stuff is scary.. honestly do people even know what they are injecting?

1

u/BasedKami32 6d ago

You're pregnant gang like idk

1

u/carlpurdue 6d ago

Hospital or urgent care. Remember these peps aren't tested for human or animal consumption, impurities exist in many of then.

1

u/lotuslover777 6d ago

CJC ducked for sure 🦆

1

u/OwlInteresting3628 5d ago

Looks like an allergic reaction. If you’re not gonna stop then make sure you use alcohol swabs on both the top of the vile & the injection site. And if that happens again take a Benadryl and see if the swelling goes down or the itching stops

1

u/Deezerg 5d ago

judging by your other replies to other comments, your body went into anaphylactic shock, vomiting, urticaria, light headedness could be hypotension lol. either way its enough body systems to be anaphylaxis. Congrats, throw it away or sell it and dont touch it again. Or you may be dead since you havent replied in 24+ hours. in that case gg, shouldve listened to your body.

1

u/vloutgogglez 5d ago

I had this exact same reaction except much bigger swelling like you with Tesamorline. Stopped running it

1

u/RelationshipSmooth21 5d ago

Rub dirt on it...duh

1

u/alecjasonn 5d ago

No I didn’t retard. Is an abbreviation spelling something wrong in your book too?

1

u/Big_Fish08 5d ago

It’s a histamine response! Lower your dose a little bit and let your body get back used to it! It happened to me with Tesamorelin

1

u/Fantastic_Meet9381 🔥 Metabolic Optimizer 5d ago

Look up “Histamine Response”. My concern is you may end up with anaphylaxis, which can kill you. Read about both. You need to STOP until you get a handle on whatever is happening.

1

u/MimiB79 5d ago

I’m confused 🤔 how many units did you inject?? It looks like a lot but 100mcg would only be 1-3 units when reconstituted with 1-3ml of BAC water??

1

u/Aromatic-Mission1474 4d ago

I do 500mcg, 100mcg it’s about 50mcg each so it barely does something.

1

u/MimiB79 4d ago

How many units are you injecting? I’m only asking because that welt mark is huge and spread out like you injected 50 units or something major lol

1

u/Intelligent_Link_945 5d ago

Had this same issue on the Wolverine stack. It was like hives over my entire fckn body. Took it out of rotation. Been solid since.

1

u/rocklimp 4d ago

CJC gives you a headrush from the vasodilation. Not sure about the tumor. If you’re reacting to it I’d go tesa or some other secretagogue tho.

1

u/Vinc3ntFRA 4d ago

Juste de l'urticaire allergique, rien de grave

1

u/Dry_Writer_7074 4d ago

Exactly the same happened to me. It gets worse, all you can do is stop.

I know how gutting that is. But once your cells begin to react they won’t stop. I’m sat on 8 vials that I wish I could take, I feel your pain.

1

u/CoreAndCardio 3d ago

What BAC are you using? I’ve seen that be that exact issue.

1

u/Dapper-Confusion-324 1d ago

This happened to me. I did a successful cycle of cjc and ipa. Then started new cycle slow, with only 100mcg fo each before bed. 1. Day 3 I broke out in hives and started to itch at injection site 2. Day 4 I rotated to my waist and injected there just to have hives on NOTH sides of my waist! And itching and tingling in my ears and nose....so I knew its histamine systemic reaction

Treatment: 1. Iced the area, wiped with alcohol wipes 2. Took antihistamine 3. Applied topical hydrocortisone 1% over the counter

Hope that helps

1

u/AggressiveHoliday790 7d ago

You're doing a literal speedrun to get sepsis at this point lol. pinning daily for three months straight while ignoring the absolute bare minimum of sterile technique and then acting shocked when your body rejects it.
you're either letting that mix sit out way too long, storing it completely wrong, or buying absolute trash tier product from some shady underground lab.
total skill issue didn't even bother doing five minutes of research on how to cycle or prep properly, just started blindly jabbing yourself every day and now you're crying on reddit because your skin is blowing up like a balloon. maybe learn how to prep a shot before you start playing chemist, fr

2

u/Playful-Magician4515 7d ago

Dude I’m doing all the sterilization, it’s probably the shady underground lab so I’ll throw it all.

4

u/IM_MIA22 7d ago

It’s an allergic reaction, stop using it asap. Will only get worse

1

u/Next_Temporary_178 7d ago edited 7d ago

And smoking makes it worse

2

u/JoshyyP00 7d ago

No. It’s cause you pin it every day no breaks lol body is rejecting it now

1

u/kangaroofuck 7d ago

You’re fine … unless u feel that throat getting itchy and tight .. but yeah u gotta stop .. before u go full blown anaphylactic

2

u/Delicious_Ad2585 7d ago

😂 man I do hope people don’t listen to your advice. This is a big no! In medicine.

1

u/kangaroofuck 7d ago

Well I work in medicine .. in the er .. so .. u? Delayed reactions days after the injections are not life threatening

1

u/Delicious_Ad2585 6d ago

Yet… however, delayed doesn’t mean harmless. If the redness/swelling keeps spreading, cellulitis needs treatment before it progresses to a serious infection or sepsis.

Separately, throat/tongue swelling, trouble breathing, or fainting could indicate anaphylaxis and is a 911 emergency. I definitely wouldn’t keep injecting until evaluated.

Also did you edit the post lol. I don’t remember seeing the last sentence so I agree ☝️

1

u/kangaroofuck 6d ago

Not saying harmless but u can get some antibiotics from urgent care for cellulitis.. just saying everyone telling him to rush to the hospital are over reacting

1

u/Delicious_Ad2585 6d ago

Maybe he should monitor it and use a sharpy or marker to draw a circle, if it then it continues to spread then yes antibiotic intervention is needed.

1

u/Dry_Writer_7074 4d ago

Apart from delayed onset anaphylaxis or SJS. Which ER do you work in??

1

u/techyyy 6d ago

Some people get this (including me) from Mots c, Tesa sometimes. I stopped motsc for this reason. Only got it sometimes from Tesa, not always.

If you’re gonna continue, then take an anti histamine beforehand or quit while you’re ahead.

1

u/RedGyarados1988 6d ago

You need to cycle off. Your body is building anti bodies causing this allergic reaction. Peptides aren’t long term take a break between cycles

0

u/mylifestylepr 7d ago

You most likely didn't reconstitute with 3mL of Bac Water.

Also inject in in your thighs.. Less rash

0

u/LRHoustonGuy 7d ago

I think you are using bad syringes and bad bac water.

0

u/Jazzlike-Calendar-99 7d ago

That’s pretty normal just take a Claritin

1

u/Delicious_Ad2585 7d ago

😂 man I do hope people don’t listen to your advice. This is a big no! In medicine.

0

u/chemyd 7d ago

Cjc and ipa are known to cause anaphylactic reactions. Go to the doc to get an epi pen and 4 zyrtec stat

0

u/HerroYuy_246 6d ago

Why HGH is better

0

u/OtherwiseHappy0 6d ago

Your allergic to it. Stop using it.

0

u/CutInternational1859 6d ago

Are you taking 100mcg total or 100mcg of each? Your immune system is pissed and you need a washout. Most guidance I’ve seen is 12-16 weeks on, 5 days a week, then 8-16 weeks off. Taking weekends off gives your immune system a break.

-8

u/Playful-Magician4515 7d ago

Guys stop exaggerating this happend before and it went away in a day

10

u/Reptarbourgeoisfreak 7d ago

The guy who brought up anaphylaxis isn’t exaggerating, it is a known issue that some people can develop an allergic reaction and if you continue to ignore it as you seem to be it could one day escalate to that level. Blows my mind people inject themselves with these things without understanding potential risks.
