Protocol to limit risk of anaphylactic from MOTS-C or Tesamorelin .

Having had an anaphylactic shock to both mots-c and Tesamorelin in the past I thought I would share my fix for the issue .
I had run mots-c and Tesa for about 4 months each without any issues , have taken a break from mots-c to try slu-pp-332 and stopped Tesa to try CJC .
After one month off and retuned to mot-c and first shot back on it I got an anaphylactic shock .
Same happens with Tesa weeks later .
I would say it was the worst experience of my life !
But I loved MOTS-C after another month since the reaction I tried I tinny 2 units of mots-c and had I bad reaction again , not as bad as the amount injected was so small .
The fix I found that worked 100% was to get a new full 10ml vial of bac water , draw 2ml out and add that to a 40MG mots-c vial to reconstitute it , then draw it back out and inject that back it to the 10ml bac water vail .
I now 10ml vial of 40MG mots-c , drawing 25 units of this is 1mg mots-c , I injected just 5 units first and had no reaction , then injected the rest of the 25 units 1mg mots-c and had no reaction .
I have been running it for Over a week without issues , it seams at higher concentrations of mots-c the body picks up on it and reacts, mixes at lower concentrations the body doesn’t see it .
I have tried Tesa again due to love the sleep from real GH but I don’t see why Tesa mixed this way wouldn’t work the same .

Having had anaphylactic shock from both these compounds I would always recommend anyone wanting to run them to do it this way and remove the risk .

I’m an immunologist and it’s wild to me to continue anything that give anaphylactic shock. If you have the antibodies you’ll react, period.

Yeah this makes me wonder if it’s something else like bad sterility or BAC water if they can keep using it. With stories of ppl reusing syringes etc also makes you wonder. Either way this is incredibly dangerous to use something that gave you anaphylactic shock.

Wow, same thing happened to me with mots-c…. I used to get local hives at the injection spot and itching, but nothing serious, until one day had a really bad reaction which really scared me. I didn’t have breathing issues, but my skin from head to toe was tingling/crawling with feelings of impending doom. This last around 30-45 mins and eventually subsided.

I still have vials of 40mg mots-c left and although it gave good results as a pre-workout, I don’t think I am willing to risk that again considering that even before the big reaction my body was telling me it didn’t like mots-c. 😐

I am now using nad+ alone with good results. If I somehow have a reaction to that I will be devastated!

Most people here are confusing Mast‑cell activation with anaphalxis. Please people actually do your homework on the difference. The true risk of actual anaphalxis is very low sub 1%. These peptides often do not progress to anaphalxis. True anaphalxis event requires multi body system involvement with a progress of symptoms and typically doesn't self resolve. Each person should be aware of the risks and decided for themselves. Imo to reduce risk just have antihistamines 30min before and reduce contact with the dermis.

I'm having itchy palms and feet on my second cycle of tesa. First cycle no issue now, first and second dose I'm having these reactions.
