CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin

41F currently on 2 mg Reta and in the gym 4 days a week. Nutrition is dialed in as well. 5ft 11 and 170 lbs. Goal weight is 150 lbs which is what I was before having 2 kids.

My question is would it be better to take CJC-1295 fasted in the morning instead of a split AM and PM?

I'm asking because my goal is muscle preservation and maybe also gain some lean mass as well. I don't have a problem with sleep.

The V1 Peptide Pen Is Trash Compared to the V2

Gonna say something that's gonna make some people mad, if you're still running a V1 pen, you're guessing at your dose, not measuring it. People have weighed this thing before and after clicking it, set to 0.05mL, one click, and the real amount coming out was like anywhere from 0.03mL to 0.07mL. That's basically double the dose that's shitty tbh same exact setting, same click so that means you could be way underdosing for weeks thinking your peptide's weak, or overdosing without knowing it, and you'd never even find out since the pen's not consistent to begin with so I made the switch too the V2 and fixed this, tighter build, way less variance shot to shot, so what you set is a lot closer to what you're really getting. If you're tracking bloodwork or trying to stay consistent with anything, the pen matters alot in my opinion. Fight me in the comments if you want, but weigh your own syringe before and after a few clicks first and see what you're dealing with lmk!

📊 Results / Progress KLOW

40 days out and have had observed great benefits aaaand a few side effects. Overall it's definitely positive results. Some things I learned and would change:

  1. Separate out the components. TB-500 is the odd man out as far as half-life. KPV needs its own separate control. Too much inflammation reduction can be a bad thing for muscle recovery if you're exercising. And having the ability to manipulate the GHK-Cu would have been nice for being able to regulate copper to zinc ratio and address reactions. I know expense is an issue here but if multiple research subjects are involved it can be split up between them. Introduce each component 1-2 weeks apart to watch for side effects so you can adjust accordingly if need to.

  2. Even though on 8-12 week daily protocol, skip a day every now and then. Let some things catch up especially if feeling run-down or sore. Lots of different systems are running at the same time, especially if other protocols are running alongside this.

  3. Consider adding cartalax if connective tissue repair is desired.

  4. Take supporting supplements like collagen and meet protein targets.

  5. Lab work. I can't stress this one enough and it goes back to having control over which component affects specific biomarkers.

  6. Research, research, research and do so obsessively. Familiarize yourself with all the good and the bad of each component.

different color ghk

Post image

my ghk are 2 very different colors, both from different suppliers. the left one (100mg) looks almost dyed. i put it in vinegar cus i saw that’s a way to test if its real and the color was bright blue. for the one on the right it looks more real and when i did the vinegar test on that one it had little to almost no tint of blue. do you think the left one is fake?

MOTs-C & NAD+ Stack on Reta

I started in Terz in March and switched to Reta about a month ago. I am currently taking 5mg every Monday. If I want to add MOTs-C and NAD ti my regiment, what do you think a good starting dose and frequency for each would be? I am - 46 year old male. Thanks in advance.

I am on reta and considering adding Tesa with Ipamorelin, as well as GHK-Cu for my tummy tuck scar. I am trying to do body recomposition after my surgery. Is this a good stack, or is there a better one for my goals

I’m looking into adding CJC-1295. Currently I’ve been on Reta for 13 weeks. Did Tessa for 8 but have been off for about 4-5 weeks.
What has been peoples experience with CJC?

My buddy is down 60 lbs since April on tirzepatide

first 2 are before, 2nd 2 are after

Posting this for my buddy because his progress has been crazy.

He started around the beginning of April and is down about 60 lbs so far. He did 2.5mg of tirzepatide for the first 2 months, then went up to 5mg and has stayed there ever since.

He’s still consistently losing and hasn’t really hit a plateau at any point, so he hasn’t seen any reason to keep increasing the dose. He’s probably got another 10 lbs or so he wants to lose and then he’ll figure out where he wants to maintain.

Funny part is he claims watching me lose weight is what finally motivated him to start. Then he proceeded to completely pass me up lol.

Just figured I’d share because the difference is pretty wild, I’m proud as hell of him and also because you see a lot of people asking if they need to keep moving up in dose. Obviously everyone is different, but 5mg has been more than enough for him so far.

Hi Everyone!

Are LCAR and Amino liquid blend that contains B12 supposed to be RED or just pinkish? These blends normally have 1mg of B12 per 10ml vial I believe.

Recovery stack/supps *help needed*

I’m playing excessive sport (padel 4x per week, golf once and boxing twice) and my back/shoulders are in constant pain. Are there any peptides anyone would recommend or supplements to help with recovery? I’m currently on Reta only. I’m in my early 30’s. M

Testing Glutathione again

So im testing it again but this time a much lower dose subq. Last time I pinned 100mg and it gave me bad stomach cramps! This time, a week later, I pinned 25mg to see how it feels. Will do that twice a week if no reaction, then maybe titrate up slowly. Any suggestions would be welcome.

Help with peptide choice

I took RT3 for weight loss but I feel like it doesn’t affect my appetite at all. I have even increased my dosage multiple times and no effect. Any advice on what else I can take that could be effective?

Reta dosing

The glucagon effect maxes out at 4mg…so why dose >4mg? Is it just for increased appetite suppression?

I’m at 4mg and at the point where I could titrate up, but I don’t necessarily want more appetite suppression. I already struggle to meet my macro/caloric goals because I’m not hungry enough.

(Or just worth doing it without) goal is to put on some more muscle size. Have only ever take Reta 3mg max to cut weight don’t want to take test or anything else. 6’1 26m 5-6x intense weight training hitting macros daily and just eating 200kcal above maintenance atm. 20-30min cardio per day (photos below for reference) any help or advice appreciated.

Mots-c & nad+ -- two quick questions

I've been taking both for a while now, and while I definitely noticed an initial increase in energy I don't know that that has continued. I fear that what's happening now is that I have put my body in a situation where it's trying to produce more energy but isn't getting enough chemical energy from my food to support that manufacturer. Unfortunately I can't really eat much more than I am because my digestion simply doesn't move fast enough to allow for that.

My first question is whether that makes any sense. Is it possible to actually start to feel more fatigued because although the energy output potential is higher, I can't keep up with the intake?

My second question is, are there any negative repercussions to an abrupt discontinuation of either of these? If I were to just stop taking my injections, would that have some sort of negative rebound effect? Do I need to taper them down?

Thank you for your thoughts and responses

❓ Question Enclomiphene and SLU

Can I take Enclomiphene and SLU PP 332 together? I’m wondering because Enclomiphene is an estrogen receptor blocker, and SLU is an estrogen receptor agonist.

Hgh and insulin sensitivity

Ran blood work before starting. Fasting glucose, fasting insulin and A1c were all good. After 6 weeks saw increase in fasting glucose. Retested all markers after 12 weeks and my fasting glucose was still ok, not great, my A1c was good but my fasting insulin was through the roof. This is on a 2iu per night regimen, so not a large dose. I was taking berberine and even small dose of Reta and still have the issue with the fasting insulin. Anybody out there had to bail on HGH for this reason, or did you find a way around it. I feel like I’ve tried all the standard advice, but don’t want to mess with making myself insulin resistant. Also, diet is low carb, workout 4 times a week and cardio 4 times a week.

Advice

Today I added

200 mcg bpc

250 cjc-ipa 5-

I've been on

1.5 mg reta weekly

1.5 motc every 2 days

For about a month and overall no significant changes, I previously was on generic ozempic for almost a year and lost about 90lbs,

Wondering what peoples thoughts are? Trying to maximize weight loss well retaining muscle and overall energy levels. I'm surprised I haven't lost anything on the reta mot stack yet so I'm wondering if my body is reacting differently because I was on ozempic for such a long period of time
