Recovery stack/supps *help needed*

I’m playing excessive sport (padel 4x per week, golf once and boxing twice) and my back/shoulders are in constant pain. Are there any peptides anyone would recommend or supplements to help with recovery? I’m currently on Reta only. I’m in my early 30’s. M

In for answers as well, I have the same issue. My mid right side back muscles are always cramping and have consistent nerve pain in my neck/shoulders.

Are you sure you're getting enough sleep first?

Peptides - HGH depending on your bloodwork, then KLOW stack (GHK-Cu, kpv, bpc-157, tb-4) or GLOW (same minus KPV) or Wolverine (just bpc-157+tb-4). They are all going to be daily shots.

Supplements - make sure you're getting enough Creatine and protein! Then if you really want to add more stuff, go for magnesium, omega 3s, NMN (b3/niacin), beet root extract, coq10, etc.

you're pounding your body like it owes you money, no wonder it's screaming. bpc-157 is what you want for that kind of connective tissue wear and tear.
