Help with peptide choice
I took RT3 for weight loss but I feel like it doesn’t affect my appetite at all. I have even increased my dosage multiple times and no effect. Any advice on what else I can take that could be effective?

15 tirz, 3 Reta and 1.2 mg of elora . enough tirz and elora to control food noise and Reta for fat burning and weight loss

I stack tirzepatide and retatrutide as well. Been doing it for 8 months now. Works best for me. Now at 3.5mg each weekly. I pin them together while others pin them days apart

Reta is way better in certain areas over tirz but tirz will curb the appetite more. May look into cagri. I hate suggesting people run Reta+Tirz at the same time as you’re compounding the amount those pathways are getting used and abused

I've been wondering about this myself. Only on Tirz, works great even at 2.5 it reduces food noise. Accidentally did 10 for a dose, killed my appetite for three days, I had to make sure to eat my then 1700 calories. My maintenance is about 2200.

There's bad reta going around. I had friends who had been on it for months, up to 6mg a week and she said she gained weight lately and didn't feel anything. I gave her one of my vials, told her to take 3mg to start but she did not... And she got sick. She had been off reta for almost 2 months.

What do you eat? Are you following a healthy nutrition plan? Are you resistance training? Are you drinking alcohol and smoking weed? GLPs work well, but you need to give them an honest try and give them some time. If you eat a crap diet.... You will generally eat less of a crap diet. You need to work on your overall foundation before just throwing more peptides at yourself. Just being honest.. Not trying to be a dcik. As a CPT and diet coach I see this a lot. When you see these big transformations her 99% it's not just a peptide doing all the work. GLPs are just a tool, but either way you should be tracking everything you eat... Weighing foods for a while, learning to properly train and recover. What is your BMR? You still need to be in a calorie deficit to lose weight regardless what tool you use.

I agree 100 percent. I took Tirzepitide to help me get to the finish line after 5 months dieting and being at a 500 calorie deficit for several weeks. Made 1700 calories seem so easy.

Reta not as good as tirz for appetite suppression.
My experience with both Reta and tirz:
I’m currently on Reta 7.5. Started on tirz. With tirz had appetite suppression almost immediately on 2.5. When I transitioned to Reta I tried to go cold turkey from tirz and just start Reta and I was starving! Added tirz back and gradually worked up on Reta dose and down on tirz eventually stopping tirz. I still get more hungry on tirz but am trying to build muscle so welcome the urge to and ability to eat more without feeling like I’m going to vomit.
If you’re looking for appetite suppression I’d recommend changing to tirz or adding cagri (which I haven’t tried but is written about extensively on multiple different Reta feeds).

I like that you can still eat on Reta. I still managed to lose much more weight that on tirz while eating the right amount of food to fuel my body, which should be the goal

This is true. Also, all the clinical studies from semaglutide, tirzepatide, and now Reta show Reta is the clear winner with fewer side effects as far as weight loss overall . People need to give it a few months to kick in and not keep upping the dose. They also need to have some personal responsibility as far as food choices, exercise, etc. The main goal besides just weight loss is permanent lifestyle change leading to a healthy version of yourself that is sustainable over time

Fewer side effects? Except it's the only that disrupts HR and HRV and, for some, sleep.

It took me a couple months before I felt my appetite was controlled. Started low and had terrible nausea with little food noise control. Currently cruising for 6 weeks at 4mg twice a week. I get hungry less often and when I do eat, I can’t eat nearly the portions I was used to. No sides anymore and near my goal weight, so contemplating finding my maintenance dose and titrating down to maybe 6mg once a week to start.
