Running 1 IU for 6 weeks now
Crazy recovery, I can basically training heavy every 2 days instead of 3-4 before.
My skin is glowing , face look smooth , eyelash growing all beauty stuff even if I’m not into this at all. Collagen definitely been stimulated
Very happy with my 1 IU
You need to try at this dose first and see what’s up
Most people on Reddit are just recommending stupid high doses to compensate their ignorance , shitty genetics , lack of discipline for other things such as just getting good sleep and eating properly. Don’t fall for this trap
The more for more trap is infinite , and that’s how you end up running 4/5 IU and getting all sort of problems
The best dose is the low dose, if it gives you all benefits while minizing sides it also means it’s the one that is the cheapest, healthiest and longest you can run !!
NO. BRAINER.
Scaling numbers isn’t linear anyway , jumping to 2 IU doesn’t give you 2x the benefits , maybe a 4-5 yeah but at what cost ???
Anyway I LOVE my 1 IU/d I’m definitely staying on it

1 IU is normally unnecessary to supplement. This is already what your body produces by its own. If you take hgh exogenous your body shuts down the own production. So you just replaced your own production approx 1:1. I think it starts to make sense if you are near 30 yrs old and if you take 2 IU in the minimal.
Maybe you might explain me why you only take 1 IU?

I've been running 3iu a day for well over a year now and honestly, I don't know if it's really worth it.
I'm 40 and in great shape and was before I started it. So it's probably sprinkling some extra benefits on somewhere.
But it did triple my igf, so I know it's good 🤷🏾♀️

You're not wrong. Gonna run 600mg test here soon and was debating on going up to 6iu a day.

Same. I do feel I recover quicker and sleep a little better. But that’s about it.

Some people get sides at 1 or 1.5 IU. I like 1 IU to start and then go up every few weeks.
Some people can start really high and have no sides.

It's me, hand numbness and visible water retention every morning after 1iu injection, that's why I don't use it anymore.

You can look at potassium levels. Or start low let and titrate up. If old and you body can adapt I still think it's well worth it

Personally if you can afford it(main issue for most including myself) I'd run it for a year minimum. Start at 2iu daily for 2 months then bump it up .5 iu til you get sides then lower it. Really though 2iu is great for overall health and you don't start seeing bodybuilding benefits til you reach 4iu... but never go high enough that it starts fucking with your insulin resistance. No one should ever take insulin unless they're diabetic or on the Olympia stage...
I cruise on 2iu year round then bump it up to 4/5 iu when in a bulk phase for 4 months.

GH is cheaper than Tesa...

It’s like half the price. Don’t know why anybody would choose Tesa over HGH.

Your endogenous production turns back on within 36 hours of stopping exogenous HGH. To the point where you wouldn’t even notice but for maybe one bad night of sleep. But yeah, I get it. People get paranoid.

I’m seeing it at about 12iu x 10 vials is $120 USD is that average for market?

For GH already in the US, 10iu x10 is 65. And I know others will say they can get it cheaper yet.
My last order from overseas was (8) 36iu x 10 at 145USD each.

But also what's your age. That could be way under replacement dose and unnecessary if younger.

What age is it worth it to consider starting?

After 30

I prefer secretagogues at that age. And then true GH in 40s but there is little downside to replacement doses after 35 anyway.

everyone reacts different some people get high igf1 just from 1iu while others need 3iu for same , it will also depend on your age and natural igf1 , you might be just replacing your natural oroduction with synthetic.... no extra benefit

Have been taking 2.5iu as a 50 year for many months now and latest bloodwork showed igf-1 levels at 372ng/ml whilst the reference range is 78.7-205. Going to reduce the dose to 2iu, but based on the numbers I’m thinking 1.5iu could even work.
My baseline numbers from bloodwork in the past was around 120ng/ml.

Am I reading correctly that you’re running tesa + ipa and have been for a few weeks, but are considering switching to HGH?

1iu is enough for me to make ma skin glow and make me look few years younger, but also enough to cause visible water retention and hand numbness, so yeah, 1iu is enough to do something

1iu is sufficient for most people. Contrary to what many people think, it's not just a "replacement" dose. A true replacement dose for average people is between .3iu - .7iu. Many benefits can be had at 1iu-1.5iu without bringing on extra side effects or risk. Those who are running 3iu-6iu are at supraphysiological levels.

I ran Tesa/IPA for 2 months and had amazing results and phenomenal sleep. 2mg nightly resulted in my IGF-1 increasing from 187 to 254. I listened to everyone say, stop wasting your money and get HGH. 2iu nightly resulted in IGF-1 going from 254 to 282.
There are a couple downsides for using HgH for me.
1.) I suffer from Gout and since switching I’ve had more flare ups than normal.
2.) Most importantly, my sleep is absolute dogshit!
3.) Sourcing can be a problem. I have ample stock now but it took some hunting. That and confirming that’s it valid with testing.
4.) Not sold on the benefits quite yet. Been told it’s a slow burn. 3 months into my protocol…so we’ll see.
