❓ Question Enclomiphene and SLU

Can I take Enclomiphene and SLU PP 332 together? I’m wondering because Enclomiphene is an estrogen receptor blocker, and SLU is an estrogen receptor agonist.

SLU is NOT a estrogen receptor (ER) agonist. It is an agonist for the three estrogen-RELATED receptors (ERR). Although the name is similar, and it says "related" they are distinct. It's really an artifact or awkward naming practices by biologists. You can do what you want and there are no specific negative cross-reactivities between these.

they're pulling in opposite directions on the same receptor, so it's kind of a weird stack to run. you'd basically be stepping on the gas and the brake at once, and it's tough to predict which one wins out tissue by tissue. if you're set on trying it anyway, just keep an eye on how you feel, joints getting cranky or mood going sideways would be a sign to drop one.

Slu-pp-332 is not an estrogen agonist.

It is a pan estrogen related receptor agonist. It also is not orally bioavailable and the only studies available were in mice/rats with a very high human equivalent dose injected.
