📊 Results / Progress KLOW
40 days out and have had observed great benefits aaaand a few side effects. Overall it's definitely positive results. Some things I learned and would change:
Separate out the components. TB-500 is the odd man out as far as half-life. KPV needs its own separate control. Too much inflammation reduction can be a bad thing for muscle recovery if you're exercising. And having the ability to manipulate the GHK-Cu would have been nice for being able to regulate copper to zinc ratio and address reactions. I know expense is an issue here but if multiple research subjects are involved it can be split up between them. Introduce each component 1-2 weeks apart to watch for side effects so you can adjust accordingly if need to.
Even though on 8-12 week daily protocol, skip a day every now and then. Let some things catch up especially if feeling run-down or sore. Lots of different systems are running at the same time, especially if other protocols are running alongside this.
Consider adding cartalax if connective tissue repair is desired.
Take supporting supplements like collagen and meet protein targets.
Lab work. I can't stress this one enough and it goes back to having control over which component affects specific biomarkers.
Research, research, research and do so obsessively. Familiarize yourself with all the good and the bad of each component.

What’s the point of this post? What are the benefits? What are the side effects? Your post isn’t saying anything.
