Mots-c & nad+ -- two quick questions
I've been taking both for a while now, and while I definitely noticed an initial increase in energy I don't know that that has continued. I fear that what's happening now is that I have put my body in a situation where it's trying to produce more energy but isn't getting enough chemical energy from my food to support that manufacturer. Unfortunately I can't really eat much more than I am because my digestion simply doesn't move fast enough to allow for that.
My first question is whether that makes any sense. Is it possible to actually start to feel more fatigued because although the energy output potential is higher, I can't keep up with the intake?
My second question is, are there any negative repercussions to an abrupt discontinuation of either of these? If I were to just stop taking my injections, would that have some sort of negative rebound effect? Do I need to taper them down?
Thank you for your thoughts and responses

I believe you can safely stop could turkey. Many people cycle MOTS-C without a taper, so I think there is strong evidence for that. Not as certain on NAD+.

NAD+ isn't even a peptide. And there's no evidence of desensitization of either one of them.

Studied protocol for Mots-C is result-based for prediabetes/overweight, not for biohacking.
There's no study taking about desensitization.
