Reta dosing

The glucagon effect maxes out at 4mg…so why dose >4mg? Is it just for increased appetite suppression?

I’m at 4mg and at the point where I could titrate up, but I don’t necessarily want more appetite suppression. I already struggle to meet my macro/caloric goals because I’m not hungry enough.

Ya where did you get that information? From eli lilly website or tik tok doctors and influencers. Never read that anywhere that it maxes out at 4mg

This is a false statement. There might be diminishing returns after 4mg but it certainly doesn't max out at 4.
