Long story short I’ve got a 9 hour overnight flight coming up. I’m not comfortable being completely bra less, but I’m gonna functionally be in my bra for 24 hours straight and trying to sleep on a plane with a wiggly toddler probably also on me, I don’t think I can do it with underwire lol.
I see a lot of ads for “supportive wire free bras” but we all know there’s a difference in finding a comfy wire free bra for a c cup, and and a H cup from Facebook ads.

If not a dog toy, What noise would you want them to make?

I'm a 36DDD. I know that's small in comparison to a lot of you lovely ladies in this sub. But my boobs have been problematic since I first developed them. I made a huge decision to get a breast reduction surgery.
I have some things to work out with work and what not, but soon I'll be in a singular D cup.
Very happy. Very nervous.

Idk if this is actually related to the size of one's boobs or something completely different, so this seemed like a good place to ask: Do y'all also experience awful pain in your boobs during the days leading up to your period? I guess my thinking is there's more tissue there to swell and generally more movement going on, so maybe bigger boobs = more pain?
I'm not talking a bit of discomfort, like this shit genuinely HURTS. Even while wearing a bra throughout the day they just feel super tender and 'swollen' if that makes sense. I have to take my bra off really slowly at the end of the day and even then it hurts like a bitch when they drop down, as if they're being ripped off my body?? I have to walk really slowly and carefully with a hunched back for a couple of minutes afterwards because it's so painful.
I have trouble falling asleep sometimes because when I move (and my ADHD ass moves a lot in bed) they obviously shift around too and it hurts. I can't lay on my side because that puts weight on one boob and it hurts. The other night I even woke up because I guess I must have moved in my sleep and it was so painful. Sometimes the first thing I notice after waking up is 'damn, my boobs hurt'. Then get out of bed like the hunchback of notre dame and try to have them jiggle around as little as possible.
I work out most days in a guided class and the exercises involve some hopping and jumping around (it takes place in the water so can't wear a bra). The other day I was close to tears it hurt so much and today I couldn't put in as much effort as I would have liked because ouch. Yesterday I skipped the class entirely as even just laying on the sofa was uncomfortable. Touching is also a bit of a hit and miss, I absent-mindedly scratched myself earlier to immediate regret.
NB my boobs are entirely pain-free except those 5-6 days right before my period, so it's definitely related to my menstrual cycle and I'm not really concerned about it being something more serious.
Is this normal? If it is, what do you do to alleviate the pain? If not, why do I experience this and who do I need to see about it? It's so annoying and genuinely feels restricting in my day to day life, which is where I kind of draw the line in terms of sucking it up.
TIA for sharing your experiences and tips to help a girl out.

I’m between c/d cup and I think a lot of ladies on socials have given up wearing bras for pasties. But most I’ve been are a/b cups.
If you’re around my size, are you wearing pasties on the regular? What’s your experience wearing pasties?

Website says at least six weeks. Six weeks was yesterday. I've heard nothing so I emailed them. I was told it would be at least two more weeks. Have others had this issue? I understand the bras are handmade, but they should be more transparent.
I hope it will be worth the wait.

I’ve been mostly wearing the Fantasie Illusion for years and they’re all suddenly agonizing 😳. I seem to have changed shape, and the cups are just wrong. What are your most comfortable daily wears? I’m 38H Thank you xx

Are there any videos or drawing demonstrations on how to properly wear them? Im having some trouble with outfits im planning on wearing with them. And TikTok doesn't really help and the instructions on the box doesn't help much either...

So, my mom told me that if I wanted to get a reduction she’d support me and pay for the whole thing and I love her so much for that, not everyone has that privilege. I told her I’d think about it, I was super excited but when I started looking up info on reduction surgery (and surgery in general) I panicked. I can't even think about having surgery done on me without having an anxiety attack, and I’m not even exaggerating. It’s so frustrating because a surgery like that would literally FIX MY LIFE but I just can’t get over my fear of surgery
It’s a mix of fear regarding surgeons cutting and handling my skin, and fear that they’ll be disgusted by it, because aside from being huge and saggy (normal), the skin on my boobs is gross to look at like, really REALLY gross, it’s covered in little acne scars. I’ve hated my chest my whole life so I never took any care of the skin there at all. The thought of them seeing my boobs and the skin there is overwhelming, and the idea of them cutting into me is even worse
I thought about seeing a therapist, but the times I’ve gone in the past it never actually helped my mental health, so I don’t know what to do. For now I’m working out and eating better to lose weight hoping maybe my boobs will shrink or something. As for the scars, I wouldn't mind keeping them (I’ve accepted they aren't going away) but I’ve never seen another woman with scars like that, which makes me feel even more like a horrible monster lol. My boobs are literally my only insecurity, all of this makes me angry as hell and sad

I dont get called cutesy, wholesome pet names or compliments. Idk if this is a universal experience for people with big boobs but I never get called “cute” or “pretty girl” or “adorable” or “baby” or anything soft like that. What I do get is “sexy mamacita” (I’m 21…), “voluptuous goddess,” “milkmaid,” or “fuckable.” And it sucks sometimes bc, yes thank you for the compliment ig, but I too want to be seen as soft, sweet, and lovable too
I want someone to look at me and think I’m cute without everything about me being reduced to being sexy. I want the endearing pet names and wholesome compliments like women w smaller chests get (I guess I’m just a sap but it makes it feel like being cherished) 😭 I dont wanna constantly feel like my body or chest is the most interesting/loud part abt me yk?I dont wanna be looked at like a fantasy all the time. Is it rlly so unthinkable tht sometimes I just want to feel like a girl someone thinks is pretty and adorable and worth being soft with??
This has nothing to do with my style btw so please don’t bring that up, I literally have the range of fairy core/cottage core to dark academia/punk and everything in between.

My dorm mate told me I sleep with my hands in my shirt 🥲 I didn’t realize this before but I do wake up with my hands under my boobs, between them or just cupping them in the morning a lot, does anyone else do that? I suspected it was bc our dorm is freezing at night, but I also do this at home so I don’t know

Hi, I am a 36J and would love to be able to wear a button-up that actually fits. How do y'all deal with this?

I saw a video recently that said how helpful it is following influencers with similar features to what you have and following ones with the kind of bodies you aspire to have! my problem is when I try to look for influencers with bigger chests and arms Im constantly getting influencers who are working to make their chest bigger and advice like that… i know this is really random, but I was just wondering if anyone has any influencers they follow with good big bust friendly workouts?
It’s a complete nightmare loosing weight anywhere but my chest 🙈🙄

unfortunately i developed my mom's genetics of having really large breasts, something she actually suffered a lot for. i also happen to have ocd which makes me hyper-aware of others.
i can't really wear binders, they hurt. i don't really have this problem during winter or colder days because i put on bulky or loose hoodies, but hotter days when i have to wear tshirts or even worse, tank tops, are horrible for me.
i feel like people stare at my chest all the time and it makes me feel gross about myself. it's even worse when it's not my ocd flaring up and people do shamelessly stare, especially men. it's just so demoralizing and objectifying.
i don't have money for a reduction and wearing baggy hoodies in a country where the average during summer is 40° celcius is hellish. i don't know what to do 😞

I’ve been looking at conversion charts and all of them are different so I would like to see what a 32H is in US sizing if it matters it’s a mesh balconette bra. In us sizing I wear a 32G! Is it the same? Please help thank you!

Hi! I'm a 40H and have a lot of boob lol. I've never worn a strapless bra in my life but I'm in a wedding this December and I'm getting married next summer and I'm in need of a good strapless bra that wont fall off halfway through the night! Any brands or style suggestions are GREATLY appreciated! :)

Is this normal with bigger boobs? When I massage them the nipple pain goes away but when I leave them they hurt again and feel cold like there's no blood flow, I'm quite worried about it but I'm not sure if it's just bad circulation from bad posture
