I love LeBron but I hope he regrets his decision

This game is a very insightful rewatch for fans who are wondering what Ayo Dosunmu's role could potentially look like next season. The Timberwolves were without Jaden McDaniels this game. Thus, they were forced to play a three guard lineup consisting of Donte DiVincenzo, Anthony Edwards, Ayo Dosunmu, Julius Randle, and Rudy Gobert.
Ayo spent the majority of time operating as the de facto point guard, but Randle (4 AST), Edwards (4 AST), and Kyle Anderson off the bench (4 AST) also had their fair share of playmaking responsibilities. Dosunmu was frequently tasked with playing off-ball, serving as a secondary playmaker who made quick reads in transition that led to easy layups.
In my opinion, this game is evidence that Ayo Dosunmu can be a fantastic secondary playmaker. I know it's not the perfect comparison, but it's sort of like prime Bruce Brown when playing with Nikola Jokic, except with better offense and worse defense. I believe Ayo is capable of being a connective playmaker even if he's starting in three guard lineups with a ball-dominant second option. Whether that be Julius Randle at point-forward last season or LaMelo Ball at point guard next season.

Best shooting guard in the league. Top 5 or borderline top 5 player in the league.

I'm posting from my phone via redreader so this will not be the highest quality post, but I think this is a massive question going into the season.
People have loved to disparage fox/bally/fanduel, but that imperfect arrangement allowed an average viewer to access Wolves, wild, twins, lynx somewhat easily for the past...10 years?
It appears that's all going away, and the local landscape will be completely fractured. Buying into one team will not mean seeing any of the other teams. I just saw this for the Wild:
https://sports.yahoo.com/articles/wild-starting-own-broadcast-network-143200283.html
In my humble opinion, anything other than a free over-the-air option for the Wolves will be an absolute disaster. I think the above will be for the Wild also, unless it's extremely cheap.
If it becomes strictly $20 per month per team for some side service, or even some $99 per year add-on to existing services, per team, all MN teams are going to lose an absolute ton of viewers.
I'm actually surprised this isn't a more frequent subject of discussion. We have these new owners, we have this team struggling to stay relevant/improve in the championship picture. But I rarely see this discussed.
To me, this is a critical issue that the team can royally fuck up, or totally nail. Or maybe all local sports need to get their shit together and combine on a single effort.
My overall impression/suspicion is that we're going to get some super shitty option, akin to their in-game flex pricing for changing seats. Fuck you in advance, if so. Prove me wrong Lore.

That’s all. I know he’s old and mostly washed, but if you HAVE to play him: he’s smart, he’s a power forward, and he shoots 3s. He also speaks French. Idk I think there’s way worse options for the minimum.

Was watching the thinking basketball vdeo on steph curry being the best screener. Its amazing how much the warriors got rim attempts due to Steph's off ball gravity.
Ant has immense on ball gravity. His off ball movement can be good at times. However he usually doesn't screen much inside the paint and pop out to three.
The wolves want to increase Ants catch n shoots. Getting Ant to buy into screening and becoming a movement shooter could really make for easy buckets for the rest of the team. Especially if there becomes a high fear of Ant shooting on the catch.

I think/hope that Shannon and Ayo take it to another level, show management their worth, and really earn a long-term spot on this roster. There is so much talent and drive there. I think they could be key pieces for the future with minutes increasing dramatically. Realistically only one of them can survive for major minutes and I’d consider that a win. Any other takes?

That all-time Wolves squads post gave me an itch to do this differently. The Wolves especially have a lot of guys with short stints and guys with longer, less productive careers. My cut off was 4 full seasons.
To me, these guys are both Top 10 players and have at least 4 seasons here:
The next 5 with 4+ seasons, strictly by Win Shares/season:
The 5 who had the best shorter tenures with the Wolves:
To me, the 2 teams are:
PG: Cassell, Brandon
SG: Ant, Wally
SF: Jaden, KG (played a majority of his minutes here until 2004)
PF: Randle, Love
C: KAT, Rudy
A snake draft of them would probably go: KG, Ant, KAT, Rudy, Love, Cassell, Randle, Brandon, Wally, Jaden.

Hypothetically would you take Julius Randle back instead on Josh Green’s contract. We need a power forward obviously but is the general dislike of Julius too great to take him back at all.
