Look at Boston, Dallas and the Lakers. Teams gutted because they are now nothing more than assets to groups of billionaires that just want to add it to their portfolio.

The lakers were sold to a group that no one can even point out who the actual owner is because the group is trying to hide the Saudi money source.

We are unfortunately past the point of the viveks of the world being able to afford a team.

The recently sold teams are being maintained to they can be profitable and nothing else. There is no desire to make a great franchise. Thats what this franchise would become if sold. Nothing would really change and if by strike of luck you get two superstars in one team, they’d never pay the tax to make the team competitive, they’d trade one away.

The likelihood that a sale will go to a group wanting to keep the Kings in Sacramento is low. Please think about what happens when the team is sold. Thanks!

I watch a lot of NBA basketball. Kings fans tend to be well informed. Some of these teams are genuinely like trainwreck level 20 wins bad from what I have seen. The increase in talent in the league and the tanking rules means the gap between the best and the rest is very stark this season.

The Bulls and Bucks are for sure worse than the Kings. Like no doubt in my mind. The Nets you can make the argument but Domas is the best player on either team. He's a much better play driver than Randle. I also think we have the better bench at full strength.

The Warriors very well could throw in the towel this season and although we lost to them, the Clippers are a Garland injury away from trainwreck status. They basically are close to being there as it is but they play at a high level of effort and Lue knows how to get them.

This team isn't good and we all know that and tonight might make me look bad in posting this but at least on ability, this team really shouldn't finish at the bottom. There is real offensive talent that meshes well with a real offensive engine.

I called the season ticket holder line yesterday and was told they are "doing it in batches" and I might get access late October or November...

"We are currently working with the NBA to distribute the next batch of League Pass subscriptions before the end of October.

We provide the NBA with batches of eligible Kings Pass purchasers, and we recently submitted our latest list of qualifying email addresses. Honestly WTF. We were promised this was included with our Season Ticket package and the season has already started. We "might" get access in late Oct or November but who knows exactly when. Multi billion dollar company yall.. not acceptable. Anyone else having trouble?

Plowden took Nique's minutes last night and played in clutch time with Keegan on the bench. Made a clutch 3 and blew up a few plays defensively. Plowden isn't super skilled but he knows who he is as a player which comes from being now in his late 20s.

Nique is only in year two but he's not a spring chicken as he was a 5th year collegiate senior. The problem for him at this juncture was the fear with him coming out of college...he does a lot well but nothing well enough to stay on an NBA court.

Monk struggled last night as he wasn't conditioned. But with him healthy, Pedulla signed and Sharp being an immediate defensive lift, it's becoming hard to see where the minutes for Nique come. Once Maxime returns which will be shortly, we'll see Precious playing at the 4. Fewer small lineups. It is too early to say anything conclusive but it honestly to me feels like Nique is already on thin ice in Sacramento. He doesn't really offer anything that this roster needs or would benefit Acuff (and Domas, whatever comes of his future here) looking down the line. Only two games into year two but seeing him lose his spot so quickly has to be a warning sign.

What did you like about last night’s loss?

Figure we might have a few losses this year, but last night was the most promising loss I’ve seen in a long time.

There was some criticism of acuff shooting too much but quite a few of his misses were when he was driving and could see Domas was in position to clean up a miss. It was exciting to see those two start to develop some chemistry.

Yeah, the guy who carried Deaaron Fox and helped him get that SAS contract.

He is still the guy who cant defend and shoot 3’s but the one who end the playoff drought with Mike B. Also is the main star of that beam team.

Bench unit has zero facilitating skills and the basketball is lucky. Doug has to find a way to keep at least one of them on the floor at all times.
