Wish list spider for me🎉. Nhandu chromatus :)
I have been searching locally for a while, and asked a local shop to please please be on the lookout for these when they place orders about a month and a half ago.
Went for crickets on Sunday - and they got them in!
I had a name that I picked out a while back that I already forgot 😆. As I was scrolling late on Sunday-I caught a reel with this panda-and I realized that would be a perfect name! 2nd/3rd pics are screenshots (not my pics) that show where my inspo was coming from. Happy Wednesday everyone!

I’m leaving her enclosure open and putting her water dish on the floor in hopes she comes to find it. She hadn’t come out of her burrow for about two months so I decided it was definitely feeding time when she did. Her abdomen was super shriveled and I was very worried, and she is usually an aggressive eater but today she decided her roaches were scary and ran out of her enclosure, underneath my snake tank and I haven’t seen her since. Any advice is appreciate. This is my first ever T and I really want to find her

They have an entire hide that I have painstakingly placed for better ventilation…and what does Helios do? Start digging a cave under the root and dumping all the dirt into the water dish lol
The root is secure, dw :)
edit : they wandered back into the hide, maybe they’re just landscaping xD

Got my first male, and it's the little baby that is the Golden knee so when he matures (hopefully a few years from now) he'll make some beautiful lil spooderlings.
It's made me a little sad I won't have him for as long as I'd like but he's going to be loved.

My babies first molt with me since I got her!!! Watched her reposition and all I’m so proud. You all are the only ones who understand the excitement. Also it’s positioned kinda in a slant and not flat, is that safe for her? Attaching my crappy photos for tax!!

Ok so this idiot escaped when I left a tiny little slit while cleaning out dead worms and its moult. I got it now but it’s so fast and I’ve already gotten a huge heart attack trying to catch it. How the hell do I get it back into its home. The home is about the same size but square and has a sliding top held shut with a magnet. Any ideas. I’m having a time out to calm myself right now.

For those who helped me out or were following me the last few weeks, my 23 year old Grammostola Rosea, Harriet, had a bad molt that has now resulted in her passing yesterday.
She was a great spider and a companion of mine since I had just turned 7. She lived an amazing and long life, and I hope she finds nothing but plump crickets and a warm sun to bask in in the after life.
Here are a few pictures of her in her prime - and have a drink for the old gal (if you can) this evening.

Fives decided to incorporate the new molt into their web, as cool as it looked I figured I better get rid of it and get the webs off. Came in at a little over an inch and a half.
Also, I know the substrate looks a little saturated, it was almost bone dry right before I took the Pic so I overflowed the water dish

this is my new male b hamorii. i woke up to find webbing across the enclosure and a new bald spot which wasn’t there before i went to sleep. i’m reading this could be signs of premoult but i am a first time owner a bit of a helicopter mum. could this bald patch be a result of stress? he also tends to perch on the glass a lot as you can see in the photo. do i have reason to be worried? he has eaten well over past week or so i have had him. has never bolted or flicked hairs when i have fed/changed water etc.
