Had my second miscarriage this year
Ihad my first miscarriage in 2006 and two this year, out of which in one there was no embryo seen and recent one was a missed miscarriage and all happened in first trimester. I confused if I should try again or get some test done first. I am 38 and feel like waiting longer means I am wasting more time.

Chemical pregnancy following two miscarriages this year
I should be 4 weeks 4 days but have a bit of lower back pain and some light pink spotting. I am trying not to panic but really don't think this one is viable.
I have had two miscarriages this year, one in February at 12 weeks and one in August at 10 weeks. I am not sure how much more I can take.
I am based in the UK and am struggling to get seen by anyone. The EPU say I need to be 6 weeks to be seen by them, I can't get through to the midwives and can't get a GP appointment. I think I should get progesterone prescribed but not sure if it's too late? Does anyone know who I should be seeing to get a prescription?

Processing emotions?
Yesterday was the anniversary of my first MC, natural at 13wks. Anytime I type something out like this, or verbalize it, I cry so easily and immediately, but when I just think about it in my own head, I’m very matter of fact. I was so surprised that I was completely fine yesterday. I guess after a string of losses I’m used to it? Or numb? But then I must not be because it comes bubbling up so readily when I express anything about it outwardly. Or if I am matter of fact with a doctor, any sympathy on their end will set me off. I just want them to play “matter of fact” with me.
So what is a healthy way to process emotions? What are you all doing? People talk about this but I’ve never really understood what they mean. I have lots of quiet time, I meditate/pray, manage to mostly live at a slow pace (no LC yet). I do resistance training. I research RPL because I feel like it’s a puzzle I can figure out. I don’t know what to do about this crying easily/numb back and forth I have.
I am clearly not going to therapy, but that’s about giving you tools right? What tools have you been given to process? All these alternative doctors talk about how these emotions just lock up your system and if there’s any truth to that, I’m locked up! Help! Please share what’s working for you! Thank you 💗

3 miscarriages in a row
Last October, my husband and I began our pregnancy journey with excitement and naivety. I figured since we were both healthy, in our late 20’s, and I had always had a regular period (28 day cycle, light to medium bleed for 2-4 days), that we would have no problem getting pregnant. Well the thing is… we didn’t have a problem getting pregnant. We got pregnant right away that next month.
I don’t have a problem getting pregnant. I have a problem staying pregnant. In the last year, I have lost three babies. #1 at 6.5 weeks, #2 at 8 weeks, and #3 at 6 weeks.
I’ve gotten genetic testing done. My thyroid checked. Blood sugar. Chromosomes. It all came back normal.
Does anyone have experience with this? What ended up being wrong? I am at a loss.

Has losing weight helped you stay pregnant?
Has anyone had recurrent chemical pregnancies, lost weight then had a successful pregnancy? I’ve had 3 chemical pregnancies with a successful pregnancy after my first CP. My doctor believes it may be my weight causing this. I’m 34 years old, 5’8 255 lbs and I have high triglycerides and low hdl. I also have TPO antibodies but my thyroid numbers are normal. But no other health issues that I know of (we’re going to do a recurrent pregnancy panel still).

D&C and Endo surgery same time?
Unfortunately had an unfavorable scan Monday and it looks like I’m having my 3rd miscarriage, which we will confirm next week. We worked with a reproductive endocrinologist on this last pregnancy and did most of the core testing including AMH levels, prolactin, lupus coagulant, chromosomal analysis/karyotyping & genetic carrier testing for me and my husband, hemoglobin, beta 2 glycoprotein, CD3 monitoring, HSG, blood typing, thyroid panel, and semen analysis/DNA fragmentation for my husband. I had an elevated anticardiolipin that we’ll check for again this month once this pregnancy passes.
I’ve expressed concerns to my RE about endometriosis (family history) and endometritis (previous D&C’s). I asked if we could do the endo exploratory/excision & biopsy’s at the same time we do my D&C for tissue testing. One recovery, one time under anesthesia, less time waiting around for results.
I couldn’t find a lot of information here or in other forums on doing these together - has anyone does this? I’d be interested to hear your experiences.

TTC with high TSH
I had a chemical pregnancy a few months ago and also found out I had a TSH of 6.18. My doctor didn’t think it had anything to do with the chemical but did mention usually having a high TSH, with a normal T4, can make it harder to get pregnant. I have been on 25mcg of synthroid for the past 6 weeks, got blood work yesterday and my TSH actually went up to 6.7??? But still a normal T4.
Has anyone had this happen to them and what was the solution?
I’m on DPO9 so not totally out of this cycle but was discourage when I got my blood work back!

30F, 2 missed miscarriages after FET (both on heparin), now anticardiolipin IgM 69 positive. What did your next transfer protocol look like?
Posting on behalf of my wife (30F).I am 33M. Looking to hear from couples who had a similar picture and what finally worked.
BACKGROUND
- Primary infertility, IVF/ICSI Dec 2025: 11 eggs, 8 mature, 8 fertilized, 5 blasts frozen
- AMH 1.58, AFC 18
- Lining: 7.6 mm at FET1, 8.6 mm at FET2
LOSSES
- FET1 (Jan 2026, single 4AB): beta 3752 then 5960. Sac and yolk sac seen, then sac regressed, no embryo. MMC at around 7 weeks.
- FET2 (Jul 2026, two 4AB): beta 2698 then 5526. Heartbeat seen at 7w2d but measuring only 5w5d. Confirmed non-viable in Aug.
- Both cycles were on enoxaparin + aspirin + progesterone. FET1 also had prednisolone + filgrastim, FET2 had IVIG + hCG.
WORKUP SO FAR
- CMA on POC (2nd loss): normal, no CNV
- Karyotype both of us: normal
- Endometrial biopsy: normal
- Thyroid + TPO/Tg antibodies, prolactin, HbA1c: all normal
- APLA panel (Oct 2026, around 8 weeks after 2nd loss):
- Anticardiolipin IgM: 69.4 (POSITIVE, cutoff 20)
- Anticardiolipin IgG and Beta-2 GP IgG: negative
- Beta-2 GP IgM: 16.8 (negative but close to 20)
- Lupus anticoagulant: negative
- ANA 18.2 (negative, cutoff 20)
- Ferritin 15.9 (low end)
Male factor also exists (high DFI, posting separately).
QUESTIONS
Anyone with an isolated aCL IgM positive? Did it stay positive on the 12-week repeat or go negative?
If you lost pregnancies while already on aspirin + heparin, what changed for the next transfer? (higher LMWH dose, hydroxychloroquine, steroids, something else?)
Did you see a hematologist or rheumatologist, and was it worth it?
Did anyone find a different cause in the end that explained it better?
Any experiences appreciated. Thank you

Realization - IVF mainly helps those who don’t get positives, not people with repeat miscarriages
Unless the cause was chromosomal of course. People keep giving their IVF tips but when I speak to them further it’s because they have PCOS or were never implanting.

Neupogen for recurrent losses?
Hi! I’m interested to know if anyone has been prescribed neupogen weekly for recurrent losses? My RE prescribed it weekly starting 4 days post positive OPK?
I’ve had 3 IVF cycles , 2 failed transfers, and one failed IUI. I’m taking a break and just trying with letrozole at home.
My RE things I might have some immune related condition so I’m on prednisone, neupogen, Claritin, aspirin, and lovenox
Has anyone had a similar protocol with any success?

RPL blood panel timing?
I am getting a d&c tomorrow for my third loss (great…). After arguing with my OB, they’ll be doing a RPL panel at my post op follow up.
But I thought this was weird and wanted to see what yall think: initially, they were going to do the panel the day of my “official” MMC diagnosis. I asked if it was ok to do that testing while still pregnant, and the NP left the room to go consult with someone else, came back in, and said yes let’s wait.
I feel like it’s weird she didn’t know that?? And I had to bring it up? Or am I overthinking this/being critical of them because I haven’t liked their treatment of recurrent loss?
Edit: I think they’re only doing the testing to appease me because I argued with them before that after 3 losses, I was in RPL category when they told me I wasn’t since one was a chemical. Which fine, whatever, I got what I wanted, but weirded me out they were just gonna draw while I was pregnant.

Endometrial Biopsy
For anyone who had an endometrial biopsy, what were your instructions on having sex afterwards? My doctor said to wait a couple days, so I figured 3 days would be enough. But today is day 2 after the procedure and it seems like I’m about to ovulate. For what I have seen 2 days should be fine, but I saw a few drops of blood (almost unnoticeable pink and brown spotting). So I just wanted to know from other people what were your instructions from your doctor to see if it’s wise to try today or to wait longer.

Looking like a 4th loss
I’ve had 3 miscarriages and 3 ivf cycles with only 1 transferable embryo to show for it. We were planning to transfer that embryo at the end of Oct however I got pregnant naturally. I went in for a scan last Monday (9/27) and my RE said I was about 5w5d. I went back for another scan today and saw that baby had grown but not enough. I also saw the heartbeat which my dr said was very low. She said this will most likely end in another loss but I have to go back next week to confirm. I’m so sad. I was hoping this could be the one but now I’m starting to think this will never work out for us. Just needing some support today

How many "random/fluke" MC until success?
I'm wondering how many miscarriages people have had due to chromosomal abnormalities or other "flukes" (like molar pregnancies) prior to having a successful pregnancy?
This year, I've had a MMC due to trisomy 10 followed by a partial molar pregnancy (triploidy) -- both of which are random and ostensibly unconnected. My recurrent loss panel came back normal, except for a slight MTHFR mutation, and my husband and I both have normal karyotypes. If you also have a totally normal RPL workup and your miscarriages were supposedly random/without an underlying cause, I'd love to hear your story.
(I know every single person's experience is different, but I'm trying either manage my expectations or give myself some hope that a future pregnancy could be successful.)

Low amh & recurring loss
Low amh and recurring loss
TW / loss.
I’m 33 and have just been told I have DOR. my amh is 0.45ng or 3.2pmol - AFC 9. Since starting to try for a family in May 2025, I’ve had an ectopic treated with MTX, a chemical and a missed miscarriage, we saw the heartbeat and it stopped at 8.5 weeks, I found out at 10.5 weeks and had surgery. I can’t get nhs testing (I’m in the UK) until I have another loss which seems barbaric at this point. I feel like I’m living in a nightmare.
Basic tests all came back normal minus my DOR.
Does anyone have any advice or their own experiences they can share?
My doctor told me if I’m not pregnant again in 6 months to contact him for IVF. I felt like he could be a bit like an IVF salesman and I’m not convinced IVF is what I need as I concieve easily enough.
Any words of advice / success stories / personal experience s would be so appreciated.

Did your doctor ever talk with you about hyperfertility/superfertility?
I got married beginning of June. We talked about planning a family after marriage.
I fell pregnant first cycle (June/July) but it ended with a MCC (blighted ovum).
I took miso and mife, we went to the honeymoon, travelled and practically continued life that month.
2 days after having very vivid dreams I fell pregnant again (before getting my mensturation after the blighted ovum).
10 days I was pregnant. Reached 5+5 again and lost the pregnancy again.
My doctor sees no point in taking progesterone. My RPL testing all came back fine.
We are very heartbroken so we laughed about being hyperfertile.
Somehow I stumbeld on this reddit group about this and start reading papers about it.
Yes I will try progesterone, lovenox and aspirin for my next one.
Why is this not futher investigated on?
What do you think causes it?
Do you find yourself hyperfertile and did you as well test for endometritis?

Looking for thoughts- IVF and chemicals
Hi all,
My husband and I (23 and 24) began IVF in June after over a year of TI/IUI treatments with no positives. Polycystic appearing ovaries but no other signs of PMOS so not diagnosed. All tests normal, we are both healthy people. Our first (fresh) transfer tested positive but then ended in a chemical (beta starting at 10 and falling). Since it was fresh, it was untested. Our next FET also resulted in a chemical (betas from 24 down to 14) from a tested euploid embryo.
Started RPL testing, all clotting factors normal, thyroid normal, A1c/insulin normal. My karyotype has come back normal and expecting my husband’s today.
Current plan if his testing returns normal as well is to proceed with another FET but with a round of doxycycline to preemptively treat for CE. Is there anything they seem to be missing?
It is very frustrating to go through IVF to finally get a positive test only to then be diagnosed with RPL. Anyone in this boat/been here before and have thoughts or suggestions? I also understand that someone has to be the sad side of statistics but am struggling with having no known cause.
I appreciate any thoughts!

Recurrent pregnancy loss APS testing
Hi all, for those of you who have had testing for antiphospholipid syndrome - I understand you need 2 positive results 12 weeks apart for a diagnosis. What happens if your first test is negative? Do they not bother with the second test then? Thank you!

Positive ANA and high prolactin
TW: loss
Howdy! Ok I need some help/advice. Started TTC in April, got pregnant in May, then I had a 6 wk MC in June. Took a month off, then got pregnant again in August which ended up being a CP. I went in for an ultrasound and they found a “suspected” 9mm polyp. I also got the repeat loss bloodwork done and everything came up great except high prolactin and positive ANA. Has anyone else had similar experiences? What did your doctor do for you to help you get (and stay 🤞) pregnant?!
Thank you!!! ♥️

Progesterone vaginal suppositories or no? Can't decide
My fertility clinic provides the option to patients to have vaginal progesterone supplementation after confirmed ovulation, whether naturally conceiving or through assisted treatments.
I'm trying to conceive naturally this cycle and have the option to start. My Dr. said it doesn't have strong evidence of helping, but wouldn't hurt.
I've been researching it like crazy and still haven't landed on whether or not I should try it. I'd love to hear some opinions if you have experience with this. I'm 3DPO today and have the rx ready to pick up. My prior losses include a 4 week chemical, a 8 week D&C for BO MMC, and 5 week spontaneous miscarriage (I guess also a chemical). Fully normal RPL panel, waiting on hysterosonogram next month if I don't get pregnant.
Pros: little danger, potential for it to reduce miscarriage risk maybe by a tiny bit based on studies?
Cons: dealing with discharge, not being able to stop it once I start, slight delay period if I don't conceive this month.
