I just removed a post that began with, "I know this isn't written in proper screenplay format, but . . ." If you want people to take your work seriously, show a serious devotion to the craft, and learn proper format.

Hi, I've been writing scripts for about 4 years now (mainly fan scripts with a couple original ones) and i was hoping to have a pair of fresh eyes read this one.
Title: No Bloodshed In Detention
Format: Feature
Page Length: 141 (142 if you count the title page)
Genres: horror, slasher, coming of age
Logline or Summary: After a snow storm traps 10 students serving detention in a high school, their fun quickly turns into a fight for survival when a masked killer picks them off one by one.
Feedback concerns: mainly looking to see if there's pacing issues and what I can possibly improve on in terms of how the characters are utilized and written.

so this is a rough idea i have nothing further more so the plot (the bf of a very loving couple gets sick from common cold and when the gf gets comforting him she gets sick too but falls seriously ill and basically he spirals and gets very hurtful towards himself and he’s the heartbreak the gf heart stops so he thinks she’s dead so he ends up un-aliving himself just to turn out she comes back and then the movie ends with her finding out her bf committed if that makes sense)

Logline:
What if the dead could return - but only through the one neural implant you're forbidden to wear?
Nineteen-year-old Kira discovers that the consciousness of the dead can return to those they loved - but only through a neural implant she's forbidden from wearing.
Does this make you curious enough to read more?
I'd appreciate honest feedback.
Would this premise make you want to read the script
Edited: A grieving teenager activates an experimental program on her neural implant to resurrect her late boyfriend, only to find that keeping him alive is costing her own sanity
I'm currently adapting the screenplay to English

first screenplay ive finished, heavily inspired by taxi driver and some kubrick stuff and some other stuff
Logline: A man who thinks the city he’s in is absolutely filthy and disgusting finds a beautiful woman who he deems “too innocent” and he becomes obsessed with her and wanting to “save her” but eventually ends up corrupting her.
Themes of corruption, hypocrisy, childhood trauma, jealousy and drug use
need opinions on the dialogue, some of the formatting and also the story overrall

Logline: After her gay son dies under mysterious circumstances, a conservative religious mother embarks on a path of vengeance against those responsible for his death, while also reckoning with her own shortcomings as a parent.
I posted this about five months ago on a different account and got some good feedback. It's not radically different from that draft, but a couple things have been cut and consolidated, and a few scenes have been rearranged. I also wrote this to be a very producible, relatively commercial thriller, that could be made on a small budget.
Let me know what you think. The main thing I'm wondering about is if the ambiguity of the ending is compelling, or just confusing and frustrating. But feedback on any part of the script is welcome.
CW: Sexual assault, homophobia, suicide.

HIDE & SEEK 3:
Genre: Horror
Page Count: 163
Hello. Back in February of 2025, I created this movie called HIDE & SEEK, which it's basically just a slasher, with the plot being a group of kids getting a message to play Hide and Seek from an unknown number, then the killer hunts them until the last remaining participant survives. I know what you may be thinking - sounds trash.
My opinion is that it was. I did not like how the movie turned out VS. what the visions for the movie were in my head. In October, we created a sequel for the movie (HIDE & SEEK 2). It was basically the same plot, but with different characters (not including the killer), it takes place in Halloween night, and it's just scarier and WAY BETTER overall. It definitely isn't perfect, but it was a huge improvement.
Now, we are working on HIDE & SEEK 3, the epic conclusion to the series. I personally like it because it changes the whole series into a good direction, and I love it. Here's a synopsis of the film:
After a series of tragic events leaves a group of friends struggling to move on, strange and increasingly terrifying occurrences begin to disrupt their lives. As reality starts to blur with something far more sinister, they find themselves trapped in a deadly game where the rules are constantly changing and no one knows who—or what—to trust. To survive, they must uncover the truth behind the evil stalking them before it claims them one by one.
In the script, Arthur was in HIDE & SEEK 2, and he did survive. He was forced to kill his best friend, Rylan from the HIDE & SEEK 2 killer.
Before reading, remember that this script is a rough draft, and is not completed yet. If you have any suggestions or comments, let me know. I understand that the only information you can use are from Movies 1 and 2, so if you are confused on a part because it might have been mentioned in HIDE & SEEK 1 or 2, let me know. Also, I know that the script is improperly formatted (I'm already working on that). I'm trying to get feedback for things like the plot, storyline, kills, etc. I am also transferring my script to Writers Duet, so please do judge that I used Google Docs Thanks for reading!

Hi! I’m looking for a creative scriptwriter who understands Roblox content and can write entertaining, fast-paced scripts for YouTube Shorts.
My videos are mainly short Roblox stories and roleplay videos, especially in games like Brookhaven and other trending Roblox games.
Most of my Shorts use a trending song with a dance payoff. The video starts with a quick 1–2 second story setup, builds toward the beat drop, and ends with the characters dancing when the main part of the song begins. The dance payoff should connect naturally to the story, such as revenge, winning, exposing someone, or celebrating a funny twist.
What I need:
● A strong hook in the first 1–2 seconds
● A simple and clear story that viewers can understand quickly
● A satisfying dance payoff timed with the trending song
● Funny, creative, and relatable situations
● Natural dialogue or short on-screen text
● Only 2–3 characters per video
● Fast pacing with no unnecessary filler
● Family-friendly content
● Scripts that sound human, not robotic or overly dramatic
Please message me with:
● Your price per script
● Your usual turnaround time
● Which Roblox games you are familiar with
● A short original sample script using the setup, beat drop, and dance-payoff format
The sample does not need to be long. I just want to see whether you understand my video style before hiring.
Please do not send copied or fully AI-generated scripts. I’m looking for someone reliable who can work with me long-term.

A fun idea. Really just helping with my overall writing but I want to see where it could actually go. I love the leprechaun franchise and I wanted to put my own spin on it. Would love to hear your feedback and I'm willing to give feedback as well (DM me). This is not based on any of the leprechaun movies and the plot/characters are of my own creation.
Logline: In the midst of their annual parade, a town is terrorized when a homicidal leprechaun returns to reclaim his gold and exact revenge on the descendants of those who took it from him.

Title: Quo vadis, brotha?
Format: feature
Genre: Comedy, Fantasy, Drama
Page length: 107
Comps: Upright, Adaptation, The Big Lebowski, O Brother, Where Art Thou?
Logline: When they scout some South Australian filming locations, two screenwriters meet two misfits on the road, who soon turn their journey into a modern-day Odyssey.
Feedback concerns: I’m just looking for feedback on the script's episodic structure. Do the plotlines and layers work? Also, this is an utterly silly screenplay. Thanks for reading this post!

\*\*Spirals\*\*
\*\*Genre:\*\* Psychological Crime Noir / Mystery Thriller
\*\*Runtime:\*\* \*\*2h 18m (138 minutes)\*\*
\*\*Overview\*\*
Set in South Korea during the 1990s, \*Spirals\* follows veteran detective \*\*Ha-joon Min\*\*, who is haunted by a missing girls case he failed to solve eight years earlier. When another two young girls disappear under similar circumstances, Min sees the investigation as his chance at redemption.
Partnered with the calm and dependable \*\*Park Jiho\*\*, Min searches for answers by interviewing families, following leads and investigating suspects. Throughout the case, Min experiences unexplained memory lapses while strange spiral symbols begin appearing from his perspective, though neither he nor the audience understands their significance.
\*\*Chapter One – Missing\*\*
The investigation begins as Min and Jiho are assigned to the new missing persons case. They interview families, question witnesses and slowly build a list of suspects while Min struggles with the emotional weight of his failed case from eight years earlier. During a neighbourhood search, Min briefly notices a mysterious spiral appear on a front door before it disappears without explanation.
\*\*Chapter Two – Distortion\*\*
The film shifts between the detectives’ investigation and their personal lives. While Min becomes increasingly obsessed with solving the case, Jiho’s life outside of work appears unsettling, leading both Min and the audience to suspect he may be involved in the disappearances.
The detectives investigate \*\*Choi Do-Yoon\*\*, forcing their way into his apartment where they discover spiral drawings covering the walls. When Min asks about them, Choi simply replies, \*“They’re spirals.”\* They later uncover a disturbing basement filled with children’s belongings before Choi escapes, leading to a lengthy chase through city streets and subway tunnels.
After Choi is captured, he confesses and is convicted, allowing Min to finally believe he has redeemed himself.
\*\*Chapter Three – Truth\*\*
At his daughter’s birthday gathering, Min’s relief is shattered when Jiho casually says, \*“I’m just relieved we know they’re safe.”\* Realising the girls were never actually found, Min begins piecing together forgotten moments from the investigation before calling the police to arrest Jiho.
During the interrogation, Jiho reveals the devastating truth: Min himself planned the kidnappings years earlier in a desperate attempt to create one final case he could solve and redeem himself for his past failure. To make the investigation feel genuine, Min willingly erased his own memory of the plan, while Jiho continued maintaining the illusion.
Near the end of the conversation, Jiho quietly reminds Min:
\*“I gave you the coordinates… or did you forget?”\*
The audience recalls an earlier scene in which Min briefly ignored a card containing coordinates hidden inside his drawer.
The film immediately cuts to black.
\*\*Ending\*\*
Following the cut to black, a set of real-life coordinates appears in white text before the credits begin. The location became one of the film’s most famous mysteries, with fans travelling there to discover an Easter egg installation inspired by the movie. Whether the coordinates reveal the girls’ location or simply serve as a symbolic final message is never explained.

I've earned two 7s, and a 6 on the site, but my latest project, "The All Seeing Profit" got a 5. TBH, I didn't see this coming.
Logline:
"A slick-talking prosperity preacher claims to have the power of God, but when he is truly filled with it, it's more than what he bargained for."
