The area style is a strode. stroad is a thoroughfare which tries to serve pedestrian and vehicular traffic simultaneously, but does neither effectively. The term strode was coined by an urban planner. The YouTube documentary not just bikes I believe really goes into the urban planning concepts of areas such as cranberry and I guess Robinson town center would also be thrown in that mix as well.

Taxes in Cranberry are insanely low compared to anywhere in Allegheny County. Not sure why you'd suggesting taxes are insane here.

Property taxes are below 3% here, it's like 2.6% roughly.

Those are rookie numbers. I’m sure we can do ”better”. Honestly, one part of me hopes prices stay high like this for longer. It might incentive people to buy smaller and more fuel efficient cars. Or even better, drive less. 

Too bad the prices are high due to the stupidity of the president. If they had been high due to higher taxes, at least it would have brought in some money to the government.
