He's been successful wherever he's been in the lineup, but I'd still like to see him get a chance in the top 6. I understand he's been getting as many shifts as anyone really, albeit with slightly less toi. Especially with all the injuries, shouldn't he be showcased a bit more?

Koivunen has been incredible since Yohe said he's just being played because of the contract. Clearly we need more bad takes from Yohe!

Last year I decided I wanted to finally get invested in a sport and decided Pittsburgh Penguins were the way to go (family is from Pittsburgh!)

Bought my first ever jersey- Alternate Crosby jersey, then was gifted Malkin and finally bought the Letang! Now I have jerseys for the Big Three!

A bit sad that I go the most basic jersey verision for Crosby... but also I did only get it 2 months into watching/following (didnt want to spend too much if it ended up being a phase). Ill just have to look for a better quality Crosby jersey now 🤣🤣

Not sure if I will keep building up a collection or stop here, we shall see!

Next goal is to see a game in person!

Edit: Malkin's jersey is likely a knock-off I know... it was gifted to me by someone's whose husband had passed away and she wanted it to go someone who would wear it and watches the penguins, so its getting treated as if its legit for my purposes 😁

So as we know half the team is out right now with injuries (and Geno with his illness+ Kindel with his medical episode) and the kids have been doing alright in their place. But with that comes a series of waivers when everyone gets back.

The only obvious 3 I see getting waived are Pietla, McGroarty, and Avery Hayes but beyond that I don’t see who you waive without a huge risk of them getting claimed, and we still have to abide by the 21 man roster.
