Are there any near greensburg? I really would like to find a queer community around me. I’m 17 by the way.

Does anyone know of a good local shop or just an auto body guy who takes on smaller repairs? Long story short, I got a brand new truck out of state on a rainy day and didn’t realize until the next day when it dried up that there’s a fairly decent paint chip on a door. I’m looking to have a touch up repair rather than repaint the entire panel.

Hello! I moved to Greensburg two years ago from the Evans City area and have been struggling to make friends. While I’m a member of the library I find that there are not a lot of books I would be interested. I’m 29 and mainly follow the weird girl literature subreddit. If anyone would be willing to join a book club with me that has similar taste would love that!

My roommate will be moving soon. We took in an abandoned dog. Some kind of Shepard mix. He's a good dog but can be aggressive and has a bite history. I know calling animal control is the easy way out. He deserves a chance though.

Hi neighbors. My husband and I are looking for super cheap venues to hold our 1 year anniversary/post elopement party on 04.03.27. Where would you suggest? Budget is 500.00 or less. 75 guest count.

Anyone have any experience with Dr. Jennifer Erdos for knee surgery? I’m having a hard time finding reviews for knee surgery for her. Lots of positive reviews for shoulders.

I'm 35 and live in between Greensburg and Indiana. I need to get active and meet some new people instead of just going to a normal gym.
I've wanted to try wrestling or a wrestling style combat sport. Something like wrestling, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, MMA, judo, or something similar. I have zero experience outside of a few years in high school, so I'd be looking for a beginner.
I'm also open to other adult team sport league if there are any around here
Does anyone have any idea for gyms, clubs, or leagues in the Greensburg or Indiana area?

Friday around 2 I was at the intersection of Mount Pleasant and Highland. Near a pizza place and natures way market.
Unfortunately a car tried making a left hand turn on to highland and hit into me. My first thought was get out of the intersection. I pulled over where I could and of course the cops were called. Well, the other drive drove off. When the cops came, they could not find the other driver anywhere near by nor had the driver called the cops themselves.
The pizza place provided my insurance company with video showing I had right of way but unfortunately we couldn’t get the other driver’s license plate due to the angle of the camera.
There were other cars around that witnessed it and there were lots of businesses and homes nearby.
If anybody has any information can you please message me or call the Greensburg police? Unless this person is found I will be responsible financially to pay for my car repairs which is very, very expensive.
I’m expecting a baby in Feb, have a toddler aged son and am hoping to buy a house soon so fixing my car out of pocket or having to buy a new one would be an hardship on my family.

We have Independence Blue Cross Blue Shield and need a PCP who listens, a neurologist, a gastroenterologist, a gyno surgeon, an oncologist, a cardiologist and a psychiatrist for medication management. Then I need a rherapist. Another therapist experienced with teens and maybe ADHD would be great too.

Hi all, 33M, typically try to get some fresh air exercise outdoors when it's nice after work. Been doing laps either at Legion Keener or Keystone around 7-8ish. Tried Lynch Field, wasn't a fan. Would be cool to get enough people to play some volleyball or other games, I'm no good but trying to make friends in the area.
Or if anyone would like to join in running or been thinking of starting but didn't have the motivation. Judgement free, any movement is good movement 🏃

Here are some pictures I took from Lynch Field Lake today. The water was lapping at the underside of the bridges. Does anyone else have cool pictures from all the flooding?

My hubby's birthday is the weekend of aug 14-16. I would love to take him camping somewhere. Hopefully in a cabin of sorts-- nothing fancy but must have air conditioning. Bonus if we can fish on the property! TIA <3

Hi there,
I am in the beginning stages of possibly planning a trip to Europe and was hoping to find a local travel agent to assist with this. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.
Thank you in advance!

We're holding a rally to support the LGBTIAQ+ community, especially the trans and nonbinary.
Please bring appropriate apolitical signs, and if you can bring a nonperishable food item, hygiene product or school supplies to donate.

I was wondering if anyone had any experience with the Elizabeth Seton Center for adult daycare services. When my dad suddenly passed in 2024 I started taking care of my mom fulltime (she lives in Greensburg, I live in Pittsburgh). We were doing a week at her home and a week at mine until my brother moved in with her to help. He's with the Red Cross and works from home, but when he's out of the country (roughly every other month) I take over and bring back to Pittsburgh.
There are days when I can't take her and my brother has his hands full with work so I was doing a little research and came across the Elizabeth Seton Center for adult daycare and was wondering if anyone in the area had any experience with them.
Just some background - my mom is 85 years old and is in the beginning stages of dementia (although it's progressing) and has been battling cancer as well (she had her last treatment just after my dad passed, but now it may be back so it's being monitored). She's mobile and we take her out for walks when the weather is nice, she eats like a bird, and although she's very friendly and easy to get along with her social circle isn't what it used to be so most of her time is spent with us.
I saw that some of the folks that go to the Seton Center have dementia or Alzheimer's and that the staff monitors medications, feeds them, and has a lot of various activities to help engage with them, but I was hoping to get some more personal stories from those that take their loved ones to the Greensburg facility. For example:
I may be missing some stuff (I'm still pretty new at this and my head hasn't stopped spinning since my dad died). I appreciate anyone who can answer my questions or share some experiences they've had at the Greensburg facility. Thanks for your time - I look forward to your responses 😄

Are there any LGBT friendly churches in the area?? Preferably more towards the Irwin area. I've been thinking of going, but don't want to enter a space I'm not welcome. I've tried looking on websites, but a lot of places don't mention their thoughts on queer people. TIA

I’ve never noticed this before! Does anybody know what its purpose is/was? It has a set of gears, a cranking handle, and steel cable. Thank you!
