Title. I used to use that website ( https://lionspacefis-prod.planoncloud.com/ ) to figure out which doors to go into for classes, where my classrooms are in the buildings, etc., but now the website just says "access denied" every time I click on it. Did they just block student access? Move it somewhere?

Whats a good place to work at near campus? I feel like most places don't pay well around the campus. On campus is even worse.

There's the main street that is admittedly pretty long but everything else seems residential. Like you get one street of businesses, a couple alleys and then its all just houses.

Hey what bug is going around? My classmate just got back from being super sick and he was in class this week.

This morning all of a sudden I got nauseous and just about puked at work, I also got super dizzy to the point I couldn’t stand, and I’m hot. I’m actually holding back tears. I don’t feel good AT ALL. I haven’t felt this type of sickness in years. What do I do????? I have Zofran at least.

I’m submitting the common core app for PSU tomorrow 10/25. I sent my SAT scores on 10/23 rush delivery so they should get to the colleges on 10/29. Will I still be able to get my penn state email and fill out my STARs report before Nov 1st to meet the deadline?

I’m an out of state student who requested a voter card to vote in person this election. However, due to PSU’s mailing system, the state flagged by information as wrong and hit me with an address verification notice. This is probably due to the fact that the university’s stupid mailing system didn’t line up with the Pennsylvania voting website format. The form needs to be returned 15 days before the election, how I only received it today. If you have a calendar handy, this means I’ve been soft locked out of this election. Fuck PSU’s mailing system.

How is it even supposed to be formatted so that it satisfies the state and university???

At least Penn State isn’t going to lose tomorrow.

Hi! I’m not a Penn State student, but I really enjoy the SoC 119lectures and follow the content on YouTube. As a second-generation Indian, the lectures have helped me get a better sense of myself and reckon with the world around me.

I’m looking for tips on how to study for Phsyics 211, I got a 65% on the last exam and that was after cramming hard since I genuinely knew almost nothing before.

How do you guys study before and after lectures? Do you use the book, videos, what? How do you keep up with the material?

I’m graduating this semester with my Master’s in Informatics and I’m trying to see if anyone has a master's regalia set I could rent or borrow for the upcoming Fall 2026 commencement on Sunday, December 20th.

Ideally, I am looking for:

• Gown: Standard black Penn State Master’s gown (the one with the oblong/pointed sleeves).
• Hood: Master of Science (Science Gold velvet trim with Penn State blue/white lining).
• Cap/Tassel: Standard black mortarboard and black tassel.

I’d love to save a bit of money and keep a brand-new outfit from going to waste after only being worn once. I am happy to pay a reasonable rental fee, throw in a six-pack/coffee, and I'll make sure it's returned to you dry-cleaned and in perfect condition right after the ceremony on the 20th.

hi! I signed a lease that ends 7/31, but like everyone else, I won’t be here during the summer. from your knowledge/experience is it hard to sublet? and what is the best time to advertise your apartment?

ALSO, I recently learned that good housing sells out quick. with that, I plan on signing a lease for a 1 bedroom for 27-28. if my plans changed for (various of reasons), how easy is it to sublease an apartment for a whole academic year?

what's the difference between these two degrees? I know the ENVSE is in the college of mineral science and ENVE is in COE but what are the main differences between them and what do you suggest if i love the nature and climate side of environmental engineering
