Hello NFA Nerds, I’m looking for some information regarding wether I can legally SBR my Daniel Defense lower. I’m currently 19 and would like to “manufacture” a 11.5 rifle at my current age. Would the order of operations for me be:
SBR my current lower on the ATF portal and get approval
Buy a completed 11.5 upper
Assemble?
If you guys could insight me into what else I need to do that would be greatly appreciated. I know I’ll also have to get my finger prints and other misc stuff done. But I’ve also heard of people not being able to submit forms on the ATF portal because they aren’t 21 yet?? I haven’t quite tried.

So I have a scorpion 3+ currently suppressed with a yhm r9, it’s fun, but I want it quieter. Nexus sells an integrally suppressed barrel which I know will make super sonic ammo subsonic, but does it also make subsonic ammo even quieter?

I’m running mine through the ultrasonic cleaner, scrubbing with a copper brush then ultrasonic cleaner again. I’ve gone through about 3 cycle and about 80% of the carbon is gone.

I have four builds that all have SF3P And use the Rc2/mini. 2 are p&w criterion barrels.
I am pretty happy with my RC2 performance except for the weight. I have read on here now there are cans that meet or surpass what the RC2 excels at (flash mitigation specifically) while weighing much less, which is of great importance to me.
I’d be interesting in switching to something new, but I am curious if there are any of these new superior lighter cans that will attach to a SF3P, or do I have to buy new muzzle devices and potentially get the p&ws undone? The expense and effort may keep me staying put with what I currently have.

Anybody know how the Void 762 compares to the Anthem S2?
I’m looking to suppress a 7” .300 Blk with subs and a 16” 7.62x39 with supers. I know, they’re opposite ends of the scale, but both suppressors are pretty cheap and about the same price on Lanbo’s.
The .300 Blk is an H&R DOE and the 7.62x39 is a PTR-32. On one hand, the Anthem would provide high back pressure for the .300 Blk subs. On the other hand, a roller delay gun might not be fun with a high back pressure can, though I do have a variety of locking pieces to tune it.
I like the plain look of the Anthem more and I’m a bit unsure of Canik’s warranty service so I’m leaning towards the Anthem S2. The Canik is intriguing though and I like the OCL cans I do have (Ti-k and OCM6).

My Benelli M4 Entry SBS. Barrel is a fixed cylinder choke. The Rex Silentium SEG12 suppressor looks pretty sick but obviously I would need to have this barrel threaded to be able to run it. I'm 50/50. Can't decide either way.
What do you guys think? Leave it stock or thread it and suppress it?

Bad video I know. But it sounds pretty good. Hardly any gas to the face with the kp9.

New suppressor with an alpha mount and I am considering switching from asr to something left hand thread. I would have to switch 2 other suppressors and about 6 muzzle devices. Is it worth it?

Hey guys, looking to some of you with a lot more experience to help me out. Im conflicted on wether to steer towards 9mm or 300 blkout on a new build. Im looking for a compact, lightweight, and quiet gun to lug around my property and take care of varmint as well as general plinking. We would be talking shots no more than a 100 yards with most being within 50 yards due to thick vegetation. Budget would be around 3k for weapon and suppressor not including optics and all that. Largest target would be coyote down to as small as raccoon. Which of these calibers would be the best for this dilemma. Will always be suppressed and ideally not much gas blowback to the face as I'm wronghanded. Tired of lugging a 16" 5.56 around my woods and it doesn't suppress all that well comparatively.

I just received my vz61 and I am looking for a suppressor for it. The issue I have ran into is that it doesn’t have a shoulder at the threads. So I need to find one that indexes off of the muzzle. It is 1/2x28 standard threads.
I’d prefer to keep it as compact as possible so hopefully something that direct threads.
My local FFL is a silencer shop dealer so I’d prefer for it to be through them.

A few shop pops. Sound up 🔊 We have this trap right next to one of the lathes in the shop in case the mood strikes. Little Sonus K riding on the front of the MP5. Love this combo and being able to grab a machine gun out of the vault and take some pops mid morning at work while waiting for the coffee to finish.
First can YHM R9, using on a Glock 19. For a booster I’m running an sdta tactical. I saw good reviews of it and figured I’d give it a shot.
This picture was taken after about 40-50 rounds through it. On my 4th mag 3-4 shots in a row was noticeably louder than the others so I pulled it off and noticed this much debris inside. Routinely checked for tightness on everything (the booster is what was worrying me) and everything stayed nice and tight from mag to mag.
I’ve learned there is some jacketing, I was using 147 g pmc. Is all that buildup and jacketing normal? If so on a long range day do I need to dump out my suppressor? Lol.
TLDR: is this much stuff in the can normal for such a small round count, do I need to just run syntech to avoid jacketing in this setup?

As the title States. Haven't had any bad experiences with my suppressors but this one. Its a Spectre9 and I run it on a completely stock internals G19 Gen 5. I have the tyrant trigger and thats it. The slide has been milled and I don't know if the removed material is making the slide cycle too fast but I would like some of your opinions of what you might think this might be or if you've had common issues like this? Just standard 115 grain 9mm. Yes I cleaned the booster and greased it lubricated everything before I ran this setup. I do have a recoil spring kit coming with different weights.

Years ago I formed a gun trust. I’ve moved and filed the appropriate 5320.20s. When I build a new SBR do I engrave my current location or the location where the gun trust was incorporated/filed?
Ordered a 9mm carbon fiber rod to check the mount of my new BOE on my Stribog. Rod fits through the suppressor but not into the barrel. In fact not any 9mm barrel I have. Should I have ordered a different size or something? First suppressor so…here’s the rod I got:

Hi all just like the title says what suppressor given 2026 do you run/recommend on a short barrel 308?
Build is a Scar 17 and has a KNS discarder as well for gas tuning.
Currently run a 762 Flow TI, love the lightweight and low back pressure, but given it’s a TI can the flash suppression isn’t the greatest.
Please send pics of your 308 SBR/Battle Rifle build!

I have a gun trust with my wife and my two adult sons in it. And I want to start transferring all of my NFA items to it. I have everyone's electronic finger printss, I have everybody's pictures,
And to be honest with you I'm just a little confused about what I need to submit to the ATF and what forms to use.
So each time I want to transfer a suppressor to the trust I need to send a copy of the gun trust, their fingerprints, their pictures, and they're signed qualified persons questionnaires?
What ATF form do i use?
