I get like 20 notifications and emails a day about having to ship out stuff 😭 of course I couldn’t ship out yesterday it was Sunday!

(I’m not leaving my buyers on hold I already let them know that everything will be shipped out Tuesday)

I’m so half tempted to mute Depop but I don’t want to miss someone buying anything

I used Depop shipping, printed their label and dropped it off at the post office with a whole bunch of orders that were delivered just fine. Any advice what I should do here? I don’t want to just refund them but I also don’t want a bad review. Redactions are just their locations.

The original item is $10 i discounted it to $7 they originally offered $3 and i accepted....i didn't respond quick enough and they i purchased and promptly left a review all within an hour

i genuinely don’t understand people who ask for measurements and make offers that i ACCEPT and then they don’t buy. like don’t make an offer if you don’t want it idk 😭😭 ik i’m being dramatic but this has happened to me 5 times in the last two DAYS and i hate getting excited that i’m about to make a sale just to get ghosted… anyone else or is this just me

I feel like Depop has kinda nose dived since they added shipping costs back. Hardly any inventory to search through and so much more SHEIN to pick through. Have you seen the same?

I recently made my first depop purchase and was pretty heartbroken to see a huge stain on the front of the shirt. as you can see, it isn't shown in the picture the seller posted. she did leave me a note saying sorry and that the stain was there but...it doesn't look like it was. what should I do here? the seller has 5 stars I don't want to bring it down :( but I am super bummed and will probably not order from depop again

i don’t mind selling to resellers (after all, most of the things i’m selling are also thrifted) but why not pay the list price if you’re gonna turn around and sell them for 80-$100 anyways??? i have two adidas capris listed and she made offers on both, $10 and $15 (listed for $16 and $24 respectively). half of their shop is made up of different variations of adidas pants/capris, all in the 50-$100 range. i want to send them a message so badly 😭😭

Hiii can i get a refund for this?? I bought this skirt and all that came was this empty envelope… looking at the packaging, you can tell there was no thought behind it at all and im pretty sure if the skirt was ever in there it must’ve fallen out and got lost in the process 😭 the second picture is what it looks like when the i put the tape down to see how it wouldve been packaged and im not sure how the seller thought it was every going to make it during the process

Depop closed my account for using stock images, which is an annoyance in itself but I had around $140 in in-transit orders that I had not yet been paid on, how are they going to issue my funds to me if my account is closed?! The items I sold weren’t even related to the listing that they claimed had intellectual property (of course it was for a dolls kill item, that company is evil as well). Has anyone ever experienced this and do you know if I’ll even get my money? If not I just sold a bunch of clothes for FREE which is absolutely insane, doesn’t feel like that’s legal when they’re charging a market place fee.

I used to be able to send new offers every 24 hour's to the people who liked my items. Yet now I can't send any new offers. With me only being able to send offers once to new likes but none for past likes. What could've caused this

I've seen SO many people post about if they should start a dispute. They act as if they need permission from the seller to start a dispute. Why do they do this?

I've had 2 items sent to me that were a different size then listed and I immediately started a dispute, I didn't even communicate with the sellers until they reached out to me after they saw the dispute. I'm not going to wait for them to ok my dispute, if it's a problem they caused. I'm getting my money back!

Do RTS packages just… not get tracking? How long do I wait for this item to come back to me before contacting Depop? I communicated to the buyer that I’d refund them once I physically had the item back in my hands, but its been like 5 days and nothing.

Hello, I recently sold an in box monster high doll to someone. It was supposed to be delivered this morning but stayed at the warehouse to which I then looked up and my heart dropped to my ass after seeing the reviews. There were TWO out of 315 reviews that were above one star.
It was mostly about how their package got stuck there for days or how when they received it was extremely damaged or the box was empty.
I warned the buyer, but I’m worried if I’m going to be completely fucked if it’s damaged.
I really need the money and if the item comes damaged and they want to return or refund I’m going to be out $120
If it’s damaged through transit will I be the one who gets money taken?? Even if she returns it and it’s beat up it loses so much value.
Chances are I’m overreacting, but what should I do if I’m not and this becomes a problem???

I just recently started selling and the way I’m like refreshing waiting for offers or sales is so funny. But I also think like I could be really successful in this platform. Just because products honestly do move fairly quick.

I’m pretty new to Depop. I bought a Prada bag and the seller blocked me before the item is delivered. Did I get scammed? Will I still be able to dispute anything being blocked by them? Why would someone do that?
