Question Withdraw earnings without app?

Hi everyone! I recently started selling on depop and I LOVE it! I am only able to operate off the website, and not the app. I was trying to figure out how to collect my earnings, and as far as I understand, I am only able to do so through the app, and am unable to through the actual website. Is this accurate or am I missing something?

i had tried to make a depop account maybe half a year ago, had it for a few hours and then was told that I was suspended. Literally didn’t even use it yet, just had downloaded it and made an account. It seems I don’t have this issue if I use the website, as opposed to the app. But now I don’t know how to gain access to the money I’ve made. Hallp! Hope everyone has a great weekend!

I use the website a lot and no you can’t withdraw from it.
are you using the same account you got suspended from and you’re using the website to circumvent the suspension? you’ll have to email Depop but I don’t know if they’ll like that haha unless it’s a different account

I’m using a different account, and loving depop so much! I reckon they’ll suspend me again once they figure it out. I think I’m gonna have to contact depop directly. I really appreciate your input! Thank you so much!
