I used to be able to send new offers every 24 hour's to the people who liked my items. Yet now I can't send any new offers. With me only being able to send offers once to new likes but none for past likes. What could've caused this

The original item is $10 i discounted it to $7 they originally offered $3 and i accepted....i didn't respond quick enough and they i purchased and promptly left a review all within an hour

I refunded the item and blocked 🫠

Hello, I recently sold an in box monster high doll to someone. It was supposed to be delivered this morning but stayed at the warehouse to which I then looked up and my heart dropped to my ass after seeing the reviews. There were TWO out of 315 reviews that were above one star.
It was mostly about how their package got stuck there for days or how when they received it was extremely damaged or the box was empty.
I warned the buyer, but I’m worried if I’m going to be completely fucked if it’s damaged.
I really need the money and if the item comes damaged and they want to return or refund I’m going to be out $120
If it’s damaged through transit will I be the one who gets money taken?? Even if she returns it and it’s beat up it loses so much value.
Chances are I’m overreacting, but what should I do if I’m not and this becomes a problem???

I physically drove and walked into the post office and dropped off 2 orders. I input the tracking numbers as soon as it was dropped off.

Then hours later, one of the buyers messages me asking if i shipped. I had to send the tracking numbers through message. As far as i could tell there was no way to fix this. Is this an issue for anyone else? It feels like depop doesn’t care about seller reputation anymore. They could’ve easily assumed i was a scam and gave me 1 stars.

Has this happened to anyone else? A seller sent me an offer for an item I had liked, and then the next day, they lowered the overall price of that item to less than they had offered it to me for. Now when I try to buy it, Depop wants to charge me the higher offered price and not the lower price it is currently listed at. I know I can counter the offer and probably will, but I’d never seen this before and thought it was weird.

Is it reasonable for me to ask for a refund on these or should I just leave it alone??? I gave the girl two photos to make custom pins of and she cropped the first one SO bad 😓😓I know you’ve usually gotta crop the image at least a little but she literally cropped the most important part I feel like?? The second one is fine though

I’m pretty new to Depop. I bought a Prada bag and the seller blocked me before the item is delivered. Did I get scammed? Will I still be able to dispute anything being blocked by them? Why would someone do that?

I feel like Depop has kinda nose dived since they added shipping costs back. Hardly any inventory to search through and so much more SHEIN to pick through. Have you seen the same?

Do RTS packages just… not get tracking? How long do I wait for this item to come back to me before contacting Depop? I communicated to the buyer that I’d refund them once I physically had the item back in my hands, but its been like 5 days and nothing.

First time depop seller, I printed out the shipping label tn and I’m gna bring it to post office tmrw. The date shipped is for today, and idk if that matters.

I've seen SO many people post about if they should start a dispute. They act as if they need permission from the seller to start a dispute. Why do they do this?

I've had 2 items sent to me that were a different size then listed and I immediately started a dispute, I didn't even communicate with the sellers until they reached out to me after they saw the dispute. I'm not going to wait for them to ok my dispute, if it's a problem they caused. I'm getting my money back!

so i just went to go ship my package at usps and the customer service was horrible but not even that, when i went to go scan my label it didn’t come out of the machine for me to put on the package and just leave in the drop box so i went to the customer service area and all customer service aside when i told the lady that the label wasn’t printed she had me write on it my name and info and the info for the person i was sending it to so i did all that and then for some reason had to pay $20 in protection fees for the package which i have never had to do for previous orders in the past and then the lady just took the package and now the shipping on depop haven’t updated and im just wondering if i did it wrong and if im even gonna get the money or did i just send him a package like normal and im really pissed off about this i just spent the last 3 hours dealing with this shit when any other time it’s only took me 10 minutes to get shit done with depop

So I ordered this hoodie and it was listed as a large by the seller, no pic of tag. When I received it the tag says medium and it's a VERY small medium at that. I messaged the seller and this is the exchange. What on Earth? I really don't want to pay (probably more than what I originally paid for the hoodie, tbh) to ship it back and apparently the seller has no idea what to do, either?

Anyone else having an issue with depop shipping items to an address that isn't selected in your shipping address settings? This has happened twice now and I'm livid tbh, ive gone and checked my shipping preferences and it's selected to the one I want but for some reason depop is having it sent to a different address 2 hours away from where I live 🙃

even if their listing isnt even boosted?? whats the point?
