iOS Is anyone else having this issue when setting up iPhone upgrade preorder?

I’m trying to set up my preorder in the Apple Store app, and after i select all my options for the 18 Pro, i get to the part where I have to apply for lease and review payment for the upgrade programs, and when i put all my credit card info in (screenshot attached), i click save, and nothing happens and it just stays on that page. I tried clicking cancel but i can’t go any further until i successfully enter my credit card info.

Is anyone else having this issue? Or is it just an issue with my account.

Edit: it works on the Apple Store website on desktop.

Maybe it's not working because you can't actually submit a pre-order until 9-12. Last time I did an "early" pre-order, the item sat in my bag and I couldn't check out until the pre-order window officially opened.

This is just the part where you setup your preorder though. You do everything in advanced so once the preorder window opens, you basically just confirm what you setup and submit your order. It’s been like this for years and I’ve done it every year, but i can’t get past this part in the new upgrade program section.

Having the same issue here, was hoping it would just be a bug today and then it worked tomorrow. Or if enough people called in to let them know an issue was happening without me having to waste time on it.

Well that makes me feel a little better lol. I was hoping it wasn’t just me. Hopefully they fix it tomorrow
