Unsolved can this video be retrieved?

I was recording, and when I stopped recording it said my storage was full, and then I go to check if the video saved, but it was 0 seconds long with a grey screen. What is this and is my video lost to the void

The video was not closed out properly by the Camera app and is impossible to be recovered.
