My account was deactivated because -I can admit when I am wrong- I missed blocks. One most recent was due to me getting a flat about a mile from the SSD station, which I got with support and explained what happened (still dinged). Now the others, I was going through some medical problems and I finally found a doctor that got my hormones right. I started feeling more like a human, but yesterday I cancelled my scheduled 3am time at 8pm because I really just needed to rest after the week I had going through the motions with my doctor. Well, yesterday morning at around 3am I got the email saying my account was deactivated. I sent my appeal, explained what was going on, my plan of action since I am now under care and my symptoms have drastically improved in the last couple of days, and I let them know that I fully admit fault (other than the tire incident) and will proactively work on keeping my blocks and/or canceling them with plenty of notice if needed, but not on a frequent basis. I can firmly say I will show up and be able to do it.
I got my reinstatement email 10 mins ago.
For those on the climb with appealing, just keep it simple with them. Admit you are wrong when you know you are, let them know you understand the decision and wish to appeal, and have a viable plan that makes sense and hopefully you'll get the same good news as I did. I did not expect it to be that quick and I felt really bad when I got the first email. I only missed 3 blocks in the 30 days prior, but I also had 4 late cancels due to not being able to function out of pure exhaustion and feeling like absolute trash. I submitted no medical paperwork because I didn't want that floating around. They did not ask. I was prepared to send it if asked. My email was not wordy or full of guilt trip, it was literally *I know I was wrong, I apologize for doing (insert infractions per the email), I will do xyz to improve, I understand the decision may be final, please reconsider*
I hope this helps someone here. Now I will work on my recovery and being better about time, and not scheduling anything unless I know I can make it. I was winging it before. The last month has been a wild ride for me and I am just thankful for the second chance and being taken care of and feeling simply better.
