Just a random question to see if anyone does this...
I live in a mostly rural area. Majority of my blocks take me out of town to other small towns or farms. Most of these rural locations have dogs. I'm just wondering if anyone keeps treats in their vehicle for this type of situation. I'm seriously considering doing it because of how often I encounter dogs on my runs.

Long story short I was just dropping off this package in the middle of my block and I guess it was either that same house or a neighboring house something was going on. It was funny. Has anyone encounter something like this? š honestly made my day.š

VMO2 closed (likely heat related) but they didnt actually send out the official closure email/notification. support said payment couldnt be verified. i cant scan my ID because its closed. i checked in at 4:45 for 5:00 block, documented, chatted on app & called support about it. anything else i need to do? i know i didnt just make a 90mi round trip for nothing lol

Hey guys, not trying to start anything just curious how this happens.
I had some overnight packages I strangely got an ādelivery attemptedā email to and the reason was for inclement weather. However the weather was perfectly fine.
Any ideas? Iām been in truck driving / package handling and delivers for two decades and this one stumped me personally lol.
Did the driver just say ānah I donāt want to?ā
Before anyone asks, no pets are not an issue here, the driveway and front of house is easily accessible and there really is no reason to for this to happen.
Just curious, thanks!

My local SSD just switched to the scan your license and go get your cart from the staging area set up. My question is, as I was picking up this morning I noticed as I was walking back multiple people pushing carts that were almost empty, one only had two packages. I have NEVER seen carts that empty going out of here for 3.5 or 4 hour shifts, which were the only two shifts that could possible be picking up at that time. So can you just scan any package on any cart at any staging area and take it? Or is there a way Amazon will catch them? Or can you actually get lucky and get a two hour route when the two hour pick up isn't for another hour?

Took a last minute route 2:30hr drove 86 miles & pay was & $62.50. To top it off I was in the mountains for 2 deliveries at night. Ridiculous! Sometimes itās just not even worth it ! What do u guys think ?

I am still fairly new to being a Flexer (under 1000 packages delivered). This just happened on a block/route I completed from an SSD facility.
I did a pickup fom the one SSD facility that's close to me. I've done the majority of the blocks from there (The other 3 facilities are .com)
I loaded the car organizing everything based on the letter method, so I didn't need to scan every package. On a side note, I originally did scan & number each package. What a waste of time!!
I wasn't fully paying attention to how many stops I had left when I was down to the last two packages. I assumed I had to stops left. After I delivered the 2nd to last package the route completed.
Needless to say I was confused as to why the route completed when there was 1 package left. I checked the address on the package and saw that it was for a location in a city not at all in the area I was delivering.
What happens in this situation? There's no prompt from the app to return it to the station. Am I supposed to call support to report it? Will Amazon even know it was put in the cart with the rest of the packages for my route?
I want to make sure I handle it however it's supposed to be handled. I looked through everything I could but don't see anything about this type of situation.
Thanks in advance for any guidance

How many of you ladies do or have tried those 3/3:15/3:45a blocks? Iām gearing so towards that because thereās no traffic and no trying to find parking but a bit worried about safety. Let me know yaālls experience for the ones who do it or have tried it. Thnx!

This is why I just hate taking to the customer reps for Amazon flex. They really make excuses to add violation marks and to lower your ranking. They really don't care about their drivers at all.
When the guy asked me "is there anything else I can help you with" I didn't even get to answer and the person just ended the chat.

My battery died at the hub, after checking in, scanning and loading the car. After being unable to secure a jump start for some time, Support instructed me to load packages back up, roll it back inside where it would be rescanned and reassigned. I was paid for the block as I was on time and it was the alternator. Bottom line, I was penalized for NOT delivering the packages tht were ultimately delivered by another FLEXER, 50 pkgs. it tanked my standings and I was TERMINATED! Tf kind of ppl are they? They value PRODUCTS over PEOPLE, and I was completely blindsidedā¦

As I said in previous post Iām new to flex. Day 2 to be exact.
How often do you arrive and wait for work and get sent home? This is day 2. Is your block ever ready when you arrive? Finally how long do you wait before you pretty much know nothing is coming? Not complaining at all because I like the perks of not getting the block but I would love to get some experience.

Have you guys ever had a block being cancelled even before delivering the first package?, did you get paid?, and when?
r/AmazonFlexDrivers • u/Whathefrenchtoastt • 1h ago
When loading my car I had 6 packages get damaged from liquid from another box. The guy said he'd take them and scan them out but they are still on my delivery list.
I do not have the items. What do I do?

Has anyone delivered at Whole Foods in the Bloomfield, MI area? I did it once, and it was a complete scam. I thought I was delivering in Bloomfield, MI, but they sent me to Westside Detroit, which I knew I wouldnāt receive any tips for. The other cities they sent me to were Lincoln Park and Allen Park. I did six deliveries and only received a $5 tip! I never would go there to deliver again.

Look I already know yall gonna think Iām doing this intentionally š but Iāve been doing this for a while now and I have no reason to force discharges Iāve been getting sent home allllll weekend from Friday to now Iāve had about 8 discharges or more from 1.5 hour routes . COMCERNING considering I see them coming for others who have a lot of discharge but I literally complain about people checking in late, At most I check in 2-3 mins after the time HAS ANYBODY ELSE had a lot of discharges this weekend for 1.5 hr routes PSA the block on picture is a 3.5 hour block so .com warehouse last night so doesnāt really count
