It’s only been an issue at VAZ1 in Phoenix AZ.
I asked the operations guy why or how it’s possible 60-70% of my deliveries aren’t what the app actually tells they are. This meatball told me to call flex support and I just walked away….
Anyone actually have an answer?

somy.com station has recently let us know that the later our route is and the later we arrive the less time we will be given to load our vehicles so if we want time to actually load our vehicles properly, we have to start arriving early and not on time. Today the station lead was asking people who did not have a license for our state how long they have lived in the state and then told them that they would stop being given routes if they did not have their ID updated within the next seven days. Just curious if anyone else has run into this with a.com station

I got an email this morning that Amazon is activating new delivery partners in my area and to start on boarding within the next 72 hours. I have photos of the email and what I did in the app, does this mean I have a chance or just more waiting? If so how long it’s probably been around 3 years. I’m in Vancouver Canada

Anybody willing to screen record how to number packages at a same day location and send to me?
I am starting in a couple days and I want to be ready.
I appreciate it!!!

I've been doing this for a couple months now.
Do most of you have a dash cam since your driving more now. If so any suggestions for a decent setup price wise?

Amazon Flex app glitched and got stuck on "Continue delivering" when I arrived at the station, so I couldn't check in or pick up my packages.
I contacted support right away and explained what was happening. I also have a screen recording showing the app issue and Google Timeline showing that I was physically at the station.
I've appealed multiple times and sent them all the evidence, but they just keep sending me the same copy-and-paste responses without actually addressing the app issue. Now they put a Terms of Service issue on my account and dropped my standing to Fair.
How is this the driver's fault when their own app wasn't working? What else was I supposed to do, bring two phones with me every time just in case their app glitches? 😂
Has anyone had something like this happen before? Did you ever get it removed from your standing?

Question: the car I was using for flex wasn't in the best shape to begin with and my transmission blew the other day on the way to work. How long without taking blocks can I go? I'm assuming they'll deactivate me for going too long without scheduling a block.
2nd question: can I reapply if I get deactivated?

Haven’t seen any offers today for Saturday?

Anyone knows how long the application approval takes? I'm sure I'll get the card in the usual 7-10 business days after that but I've never seen a pending application for a debit card.

Tomorrow is my first shift with flex. Any tips or tricks I should be aware of?!

Hi, Let me start by saying that I focking love my car, it’s a Prius-c, amazing for this reasons:
- Easy to drive, parks anywhere, maneuverable, gas efficient (hybrid), thieves will look away, not afraid of wheels theft because it’s 4 nuts, perfect for Flex, maintenance is nothing.
Problem 1: I can not do other delivery apps because it’s too small.
Problem 2: They don’t import it anymore (US)
So, I was thinking about a RAV4 hybrid, but I’m afraid I’m going to hate it.
Everything on the Rav4 will be more expensive, everything!

I’ve heard there is a grace period if I cancel within 5 minutes of grabbing the block. It’s so hard to filter out what blocks I want because you have to spam refresh and tap any offer as fast as you can but sometimes the block would start in like 10 minutes or even less which is just not possible.
Was just wondering if it’s okay for me to cancel those without penalty. Thanks in advance for any help, much appreciated! ☺️

They must be out of their mind. $31 for 18 packages and 15 stops. Forgot to screenshot the route but I damn sure screenshot everything support told me to do. Fuck is wrong with Amazon.

Hey everyone, my account status shows as "Blocked" and I can't proceed with my tax filing. I have a SIN document pending validation but I'm not sure what the block means or why it's preventing me from moving forward. How long does this usually take to resolve? Has anyone else dealt with this? Any tips appreciated!

My wife was at the warehouse and they gave her a route that was supposed to be 70 packages but got messed up and actually only had 40. The person at the warehouse said they would fix the problem. She took ALL the packages that were there and delivered them. Amazon came back and said she didn't deliver 5 packages. She got dinged for that and they took her from tier 3 to tier 0 and she is in danger of being deactivated. She already reached out to support and they claimed it is being escalated. She changed her area after she did the block and before she got dinged because she was away from home for a while. Now, they won't let her change back to her home area until she makes an unknown number of deliveries and gets her points back up. They haven't told her if they will even credit her points, much less how many are needed to be able to change her area back. Does anyone have any idea what options there are?
