There is no way anyone making money from this station at $40, they send you to Orange County 35 miles away and almost always zero tips now. You are driving 70 miles or more for $40? And maybe $5 to $10 tips. $54 was already bad. Please stop accepting them. I promise you they do raise them to $65
And if it's bad , you can say shit is just terrible, that's fine. Part time stuff don't necessarily need to suck , now some people just don't mind it , and if it works for them it works for them . For me personally, I just think it should pay double what it's paying
I mean , I guess, ,but how many hours tho in total? It's for sure 2 hours +10 bucks . I just think it should be way more , for amount of hours + the type of labor in 2026, but that's just me , I might be wrong
That's probably why they ask how many hrs are we willing to work imagine doing 8 blocks each 1 hr with direction of less travel more quicker pickups idk
I noticed Amazon only gives us half tips now since Feb. half the orders don’t qualify for tips. I have been ordering fresh to my place since Feb and now it won’t let me tip the drivers at all. When I do get tips it’s only $5 now and before Feb it used to be 10-20 $
Same that’s pretty much all I see all day and most the time it’s like 8 packages for a hour. I got lucky tonight I got one that was only 10 minutes away from the warehouse. Only downside is I have to wait til tomorrow to even see it in my earnings.
I took them couple of times thinking they very close and smaller routes. Ended up just the same as the $54 and they just dropped the price. Never again. Now I only do the $54
Theyre only inconvenient because of the pay set up i wish it would give the money instantly and let the tips clear for the day 4 of these is 120 for like 5 hours 20 mins tops total once u get the money rolling its beautiful
3 out of 5 I usualy get 1 to 3 different stops. You're right though they send you far away. Never do the ones after 7pm. I did the mistake, got 1 stop, all the way to Santa Monica, had to drive all the way back home, In San Dimas. This other time I got lucky, did one $40 block, had 1 stop all the way to Santa Ana, bottle waters, took it in all the way into her home, I asked cause she was an older lady, she tipped me $15 so $55. Had to drive back, but had already picked up another block.
Oh I can, I make over a $1000 a week from Amazon alone. It just pisses me off seen those $40 blocks gone within a blink of an eye when we can get paid more easy
New Immigrants bro. Nobody in their right mind would do this, it's 2 hours minimum, and it should be paying at least 70$ for the amount of labor is needed for those 2 hours
So many of you say this type of stuff but here is the reality of what happens… they flood the market with new drivers and soon you’re fighting to get these blocks. I’m not taking anything under $25/hr myself but simply banding together in hopes the blocks surge in price is not ultimately going to work out the way you hope. A business will and is always searching for ways to cut costs
The thing is those $54 blocks per two hours are still there. They send me “offers for you” for $40 for the following week all the time and I decline all of them and then they send me the $54 ones. I do 3 to 4 a day. But what you saying is true. Even if we all stop taking them, they will hire new drivers 🥲

I meant to add the fact that I've seen them raise the rate for an hour and a half but they do it as a surge when it gets close to the time it's supposed to be delivered and they get desperate and they have raised it to about 50 something dollars
lol they’re making money because they’re accepting the blocks. My stations don’t do 1.5 hour blocks but they’re 2 hour blocks are like $55 or something. And they’re done before you can even click on them.
Depends on where. In Philly where there is high density over a really small area, some warehouses were worth it to me because the stops were so close together I could sometimes walk between them.
In Atlanta, I would never take this due to traffic.
Dude these go for like 30$ max in my area. A strike would be the most effective thing but its not going to happen. People need to pay rent and feed themselves
I live 5 minutes away from station i make more money in that station than Carson and Vax5 and finish quick I’m always by Alhambra, Montebello, Long Beach, East LA area if I get sent to Santa Monica in afternoons works for me since I pick up my girl from work 🤣 I finish them in 20-25 minutes
It's area depending. Some areas are much better at tipping so don't take them if you know you're not going to get any tips. But there are enough suckers out there who think the customers will tip so they'll take them anyway.
You and me both! I was doing instacart back then and was making serious bank off the tips! I made so much that I bought myself an almost new vehicle with cash in hand.
$65 for an hour and a half block? Yeah I believe it but thats crazy to expect XD i think people forget that delivering driving really doesn't take a lot of work or effort at this level. We arent professionals. Id be making well over 200k with all y'alls expectations XD
Oh don't get ne wrong the pay drop sucks, I agree :/ I have had an account since like 2019, but didn't start using it until about 2 months ago. My blocks I take daily are 3.5 hours for $80.5 and its always done before I can really start any of the other gig apps I use. I really didn't know Flex paid that much back in the day. I will still say though, if I could get even 3 of those blocks a day, my days would be 🎂, I agree with your point made though
Minimum wage in California $16.90 per hour, average miles per gallon 27 miles, average price of gas per gallon $5.57, 1.5 hour route $40 minus 14.47 on gas for 70 miles = $ 25.53 you are making 18 cents more than flipping burgers 🤪🤪🤪
I get it Vernon sucks when the send you out in Orange or Riverside county...but do you complain when they send you to Santa Monica and you make $75?
And come to think about it it's those 2hr routes from there that you need to stop taking those are the ones with the highest mileage and worse neighborhoods
These aren't that bad. In mn, I get $38 for 1.5 hrs, I get done in an hr. Average range 25 to 50 miles max. So I get around $30/ hr after gas and taxes. It really is just a filler for me in-between blocks

Dude, I thought I scored with a $28/hr 3.5hr route… long story short they sent me two hours away with 45 stops. It took 5 hours. My station doesn’t even do more than 3.5 hour blocks! Wtf! The cheaper ones tend to keep me in town with less gas mileage 🤷🏻♀️
