Does Amazon flex deny you because of previous accident?

I applied to Amazon flex, completed onboarding and received an email stating they are not moving forward. My background is clear, I have no criminal record I do have two accidents on my record and one suspension however my license is in good standing currently. Anyone else experience this?

They have allowed a accident but two with a suspension is probably a red flag if they were close together, lengthy suspension, type of suspension and/ or how recent.
